“The Veterinarians & Staff at Rainbow Veterinary Clinic are, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable, loving & caring people I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my pets to. In fact, Dr Mitchell saved one of my cat’s life almost two years ago. I highly recommend this clinic & wouldn’t dream of bringing my pets anywhere else.”

“I cant say enough about the Shaker Heights Animal Hospital. We’ve been bringing our dog there for almost a year now and every experience Ive had with them thus far has been fantastic. They are so attentive, caring, knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly! Knowing we have Dr. Welsh (and Dr. Firestone), along with the rest of the staff gives us peace of mind - knowing we are always in such good hands. Thank you SHAH!”

“Just started taking my pets here. Easy to get an appointment. Wonderful staff. Lobby wasn’t loud or crazy. Plenty of room to give your pet space if your kiddo is nervous around other animals. Our vet records are kind of chaotic (my 6 mammals are all on different schedules). The tech Ashlee was great at sorting out who needed what and when. My tri-pod cat Mira is a hugger and basically clung-hugged Ashlee the whole appointment! Dr. Underwood was wonderful! Definitely recommend”

“We have been bringing our cats here since 1982, first seeing the late Dr. Marty Farkas, then Dr. Tree and Dr. Banta, now seeing Dr. Vartorella. The vet techs and front desk personel are wonderful too. Everyone is very thorough and compassionate to both the patients and their human family members. I can't recommend BPH enough!”

“It was such an honor to meet Dr. Carol She's incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to really listen to why I brought my dog to see her, and made me feel heard and understood. This was our first visit, and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Dr. Carol Edit/Update: Dr. Carole is unlike any veterinarian I’ve encountered over the past several decades. I just spent the last 15 minutes speaking with her on the phone, and at no point did I feel rushed or like she was trying to get me off the phone. She took the time to have an in-depth conversation with me about the test results and patiently answered my questions. In my opinion, Dr. Carole is the epitome of what a true veterinarian should be. She is patient, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive of the decisions I make for my pet. I’m incredibly grateful for the time, care, and understanding she provides”

“I swear by this vet. They have taken care of 3 of my animals over the years aswell as my moms and they do a fantastic job. Dr. Bidwell is amazing and so kind, as well as other ladies who work there. I will be a client with them for as long as I have pets!”

7040 Walters Rd, Hudson OH 44236
“I can't say enough about this animal hospital. The compassion and caring were above what I expected and the fees were reasonable. My pup got sick and Kathy got Lou in immediately.Unfortunately , after a few days we had to put him down. The staff grieved with us. Lou was cremated and he came back in a beautiful box with his name on it, his paw print cast in stone, and his fur in a card with a heart. Dr Williard and her staff helped us to get through this horrible process. Thank you for your kindness and support. You made a bad situation a little easier to deal with.”

“Dr. Hankins and staff have been the best from top to bottom for anything we’ve ever needed for our fur babies! Dr. Hankins treats your pet like it’s a family member and nothing less. She really cares and wants nothing but what’s right and bestfor these “kids” as she calls them. My dog Rory loved going to the vet to see her, he was never afraid or anxious to be there.”

“Easy to schedule appointments, staff was helpful and kind. They did the treatment with me in the room, insteading of taking my dogs to the back. This helps with their anxiety”

“Wonderful vet. You can tell this dr is truly an animal lover. She took my baby in on short notice due to some acute issues (which may have impacted the other cat in my home, as well, if they went on longer). I had experienced some oversights at a different office and took my kitten here the next day. The doctor at Just Cats assessed and treated him thoroughly. I am very confident in the care I received for my kitten. I plan on now establishing both of my cats as patients here. Thank you, Just Cats!”

“The entire staff is friendly and welcoming amd the spaces are all immaculately clean. I felt like we already knew Dr. Culek and her technician Kathy as soon as we met them. I liked their methods as well- using treats and praise, having our dog on a soft rug on the floor instead of a slippery table, etc. They were upfront about pricing and explained all aspects of her care clearly and logically. We have been to many veterinary offices and feel we have found the one to keep.”

“I happen to call this morning about an issue my dogs cat was having, they fit her in this afternoon! Bennie was so scared and by the time we were ready to leave she was falling asleep in my arms!! Bennie is a very skittish 3 yr old cat, for the record! We will be back! New to the area, so we hadn't found a vet...until today!!! UPDATE: Bennie is back to herself!!! Literally by the end of day, after first round of antibiotics, she was already bouncing back! I received a card in the mail today, wishing bennie was feeling better! My banner will become the next new patient! Beyond happy!!!!”

“Love Dr. Bob and Dana - Very personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Trust their knowledge and their expertise with my cats and dogs. We have switched from two other local vets to them over the past couple years due to multiple reasons. I have both my dogs and cats going to him now. We have had nothing but good experience with this group. Highly recommend Dr. Bob!!”

“I just moved up here, so it was my first time here and for a semi-urgent situation. They were very efficient in getting us back into an exam room when we arrived. Everyone who helped us was friendly and careful. They explained everything along with writing it down so I understood how to do things for my pet and why they were important. I'll definitely be going with them as my regular vet.”

“Dr Thompson is fantastic! We have a very difficult dog that gets stressed out with anyone who is not her immediate family. The staff at Woodland vet is patient and caring for our dog, despite her attitude. They’re very accommodating and thorough with all the procedures she’s had to have and the staff takes the time to walk us through the medical and financial portion of each visit. We recommend visiting this office!”
