“I will never take my vehicle to another shop as long as this team is still in business. I called in the middle of the day where I could not get my U-Joint out of my driveshaft. They told me that they probably wouldn't be able to get to it anytime soon because they were booked up. I dropped off my drivshaft and within 2hrs received a call stating that it was done. Thy only changed one because they said there was nothing wrong with the other one. Pure honesty from these guys! They could have changed both and I wouldn't have known the difference. Once I got it back home I put my truck back together however, I was still having issues and I had no idea what to do next and now its the weekend so I dropped off my truck Sunday night with a note. Monday morning came and around 9am I got a call saying it wasn't my rear-end at all. (So much for self diagnosing and listening to other non mechanics)
They told me that they could get me fixed however, the next available appointment was in about 2 weeks. I booked that appt but went to get my truck until then. When I walked in the door to get my key I was told its done! They actually found time to work me in and get my issue fixed!
