I dropped off a pre-paid package. Post office staff is smiling, pleasant and efficient. She printed the shipping label and applied it to the package. All went well.

They permit delivery trucks like UPS to park in the handicapped area that is closest to the door. They have a loading dock area in my opinion all delivery trucks should use that dock.

Automated answering machines make it almost impossible to talk to a real person, the ladies inside are very sweet though. Make sure you make an appointment for your passport and be sure you have your birth certificate and ID.
