Worse place ever got a used truck in 2020 the next day the water pump went out. Went to a certified mechanic and they advised me the water pump was leaking for sometime. So fast forward I paid the truck off 4 years and 10 months later and now they tell me I don't get the gap insurance r fund that I have been paying for. Since I have equity in the truck but I got a refund from a different dealer that I paid off a different vehicle. And it was paid off in 5 years. So I wouldn't go back there if I had too

Buying my 2020 Nissan NV200 from Sean at Precise Motor LLC was an absolute dream! From start to finish, Sean was exceptional—smart, professional, and genuinely caring. He personally assured me the cracked windshield would be replaced and the oil changed before the van left Ohio, and he even arranged for it to be transported all the way to Tampa, FL.
Everything with Sean was smooth, simple, and easy peasy—honestly, I’ve never had a car-buying experience this effortless. A big shoutout to his supervisor, Chris, too, for making all the financial transactions seamless.
If you want a car salesman who goes above and beyond, Sean is the absolute best. I couldn’t be happier with my van or the experience—5 stars all the way!

Sean knew I was coming from New York.
Sean also knew all the traveling. I’ve done for eight months looking for this particular vehicle and how frustrating it is when dealers lied to me consistently. Well, that was not the case at all Sean was completely honest and upfront told me everything. Great Experience I bought from Sean.

This place is the best ever!! Unmatched !! I had the pleasure of dealing with Dennis he is Awesome really a great guy !! and Great isn’t even the word to use for his level of service he gave to me excellent communications he worked night ad day for me went over and beyond for me Dennis even arranged for him to come get us when I mentioned to him I was going to take a urber I never had a car lot do that for me that was so caring to me I was looking at a 2013 car about time Denis was done with me I ended up getting a 2020 I mean he was the BEST loved every moment of my experience with this place I mean everyone in there was so nice and sweet made me fill right at home even offering us some of their lunch and soda this place made car buying feel like magic and I mean magic Gave me much more life and I’m handicap but yall the moment I spent with them made me forget because the level of service they gave and showed meI’ve been telling everyone about my experience it was so wonderful I am a keeper with them every thing that Dennis explained on the phone it was like that in person yes can you believe that this was the best experience I have ever had I wish I had of been known about this place I would have never tried another 10/10 thank you Dennis and team I love my car keep up the excellent work don’t loose yall flavor signed!! This place is absolutely amazing got a great deal on a Kia stinger in and out in 30 minutes Sean made sure to get me a full tank of gas and he really made the experience. Highly recommend

I had Denis as a sells-man and they are really nice place to get a car they will work with you. Everyone in there is nice. They have nice selection of car but they do not fix what they are appose to been 3 months and still have not fixed radio in the car just keep coming up with reasons not to do it

Janky, car smelled like it had a farm yard living in it, they said it had just come in and insured me they would get that smell out. And it seemed like they did for the first 3 days I had the car, and then the smell came right back, they were asking over 8,000, it took them took them 3 temporary tags expiring to send the title to the car. Don't waste your time they need to be shut down
