We love our storage unit! The buildings are so clean and we have had no issues at all. We are considering getting a second unit soon as well!

Sheds are nice and very clean. I appreciate that I can call and request a shed and get immediate access to it. My biggest complaint is having to download apps and then so does my husband to share entry. I didn’t understand the method and had to get my daughter to do it. Very frustrating indeed.

Everything went well renting a storage unit. They are very helpful and answered all of our questions for the rental. We actually just rented a second unit because we sold our house. Once again it was very easy to rent another unit.

Dont even deserve a 1 star I've had a unit there almost a year when there this weekend to get summer furniture out to find all my stuff was gone through and had stuff missing and a few months ago the locks were changed so I'm assuming it was a employee since there was no sigh of damage or forced entry on the door

I didn’t get a chance to use my storage unit because plans changed. When I did a “move out” they requested a picture of the unit cleaned out. I told them that I didn’t use it and asked if they’d still like a picture and they said no. Not only did they say no, but they also refunded me my money. I was not expecting that at all! I am super grateful for it though! Thank you so much, Denise!!!

It was very easy to get a storage unit.
It was NOT easy to get anyone on the phone. Then when you do get someone on the phone, they are not on the same page with protocols. I originally called for the unit to be in my husband's name, they put it in my name. Then I called a month layer because it needed to be in my husband's name. We'll, I was told to do it on the website. The website said to call a manager. We'll Then you call and it takes forever to get ahold of someone and when you do, they have to message the manager to call you back! Anytime you call, they usually have to call back. No one is on site and it's Bluetooth lock activation. Which doesn't work all the time and was a pain in the a$$!!
We will never deal with rhino again.

Nice storage area was very clean when I got there love the fact that you don’t have to wait on somebody to open the gate to entrance love that it has 24 hours access

Overall experience was rated a 9. Could have been a 10 but they never refunded me the insurance cost they applied to my account even though I provided proof from my insurance agent that I had coverage.
