Had a very good experience with Mike at this store. We were greeted as soon as we came in the store and he was very friendly and attentive. Tatiana was also fun to talk with. Keep up the good work!

Disrespectful, rude, unprofessional. I was ignored and skipped over when I walked into the store they saw me and proceeded to serve other customers that came after me, and then when I sought to ask why and for an explanation the manager proceeded to argue with me as if it wasn't a big deal and thar I deserved no explanation for such blatant rudeness. Do not go here there are much better AT&T and anyone who deals with the staff that are there at 5pm on Thursdays will more then likely be attacked of you become upset by blatant rudeness.

Went to get a new phone and Ray helped me. He was very informative and knowledgeable about deals and promotions with the phones. He is very friendly and made the experience a really enjoyable one. Chris and Bryce were great too!

All the individuals at the University Circle AT&T Store were wonderfully knowledgeable, professional, helpful and courteous in helping me exchange my Galaxy S10e for a S23 Ultra Plus. Cristopher, Raymond and others are great human beings, as well as competent salespeople. I am grateful that AT&T maintains high standards in their selection of employees.

I would like to give this store 10 stars if I could.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My phone kept working weird in a way that I could not get on internet whenever I was in the cellular mode without wifi. I went to the store and met three wonderful staff , who are DeAnte, Porter, and Ray. The first day , DeAnte tried his best to replace my sim card and whatever he could think of to help me. It didnot work, then he. suggest me to save all my phone data and revisit the store to reinstall my phone. The second day , Porter helped me with deleting and reinstalling my phone. The problem was still there and we thought it might be the phone issue so I update my phone to the new one. While starting my new phone , we still could not get on internet under the cellular mode. So we thought it might be some technique issue from my phone line(number).At that point, Porter had already extend his working time for one entire hour after the store closing time. So he suggested me to came back or call the customer service.The third day , Ray helped me to stay on the line of customer service for more than an hour to finally found out the issue and got the problem solved by the technician. Ray also stayed with me ,passing the store closing time, until the. problem solved.Although it took long to resolve the problem ; I had to visit the store three times, I truly appreciate the service DeAnte, Porter, and Ray provided for me. They might not know all the answer for my phone issue, but they tried their best and showed their spirit of service with lots of patience.

Omg I went to the att store at 6:38 thinking they was going to close and the store was open the one on university ave !! And I was welcomed with a great big smile with an hello all I had to do is set up my new phone and he made it so easy that I was surprised I couldn’t do it on my own he spoke with knowledge about att products and things I will need to do to keep this device up we even spoke about the holidays coming up and life ! If anyone needs help please come up to this att store and speak to a RAY ! This is the only att store I will go to for now on ! Thank you Raymond

please update store timings if u guys close early it says 8pm in google and u close at 7 pm. Making wait customers ouside in cold dosent make sense. They didnt even respond intested they kept staring at me from inside the store. This must be addressed by at&t.

on 12/05 around 4:15 pm I came in because there was a miscommunication with my phone. The person working was LAYING DOWN when I walked in and did not get up to greet me. When I explained that I could not use my phone they (with out checking or trying) told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to call AT&T. I reiterated that my phone could not make outgoing calls. She handed me the store phone and did not even attempt to help me at all. Honestly every time I go into an AT&T location the poor customer service (among other things) really makes me want to find a new carrier.

MIKE!! with blue hair & large hole earrings offered the best customer service experience ever.. & it was his very first day here in Cleveland.. he was transferred here from Pennsylvania I believe & they just threw him in this store alone but he did amazing!! I came in the last 20 mins of the day very much frustrated because I’d been on the phone with At&t for hours jumping through hoops. Mike managed to fix my problems in 15 mins!!! & did it with the best attitude.. given that I wasn’t in the best mood he kept his warm energy & eventually made my mood better! This is alot because I’m not the best person to deal with when I’m moody. If this isn’t top tier customer service I don’t know what is!
