My wife and I have been using the services of Cozy At Home for more than 10 years. I cannot say enough positive things about the owner, Brian and the great service that he provides. He is consistently professional, kind, efficient, flexible and thorough. Additionally, he never gets impatient, as we give him the list of details, with regards to the food, the habits, etc., each time we leave our cats in his care. Lastly, the fact that he is a Registered Veterinary Technician and Certified Professional Pet Sitter, provides us with an extra level of comfort, should an issue arise in our absence.

We have been entrusting Brian with our house for many years. He has always been there for us, taking care of our kitties while we are away. Brian is thoughtful, kind and discreet, yet present for our adored felines, giving us a report anytime we ask and communicating efficiently otherwise. Brian has our trust and leaving our cats in his care is, for us, complete peace of mind. Cozy at Home now has a very nice and user friendly website that make payments and communication even friendlier. Thank you, Cozy at Home!

We had him stay overnight during a four-day trip to California. He got upset that we were having someone else come visit them during the day, saying snidely, "Oh, well I can do that too..." He didn't seem to realize that the point was so that we could have double coverage and peace of mind. SO glad we did that anyway, given that he did not contact us ONCE during our trip to let us know how everything was going. He barely asked us any questions and frankly made everyone uncomfortable. We thought he was creepy and I started getting panicky about him staying in our house while we were gone. The other pet sitter got in contact with us to ask where the extra bags of food were, leaving me to wonder whether Brian was feeding the pets or visiting at all. We came back to a very generic note about "thanks for using our service," with no specifics on how all of the animals were during our absence. However, the worst and creepiest part came just today, after we've been home for a bit. We have a lot of souvenir magnets on our fridge as my mom travels frequently for work. I don't look at them often because I'm used to them being there, so it took me a bit to realize that Brian had LEFT A MAGNET ON OUR FRIDGE. It would have been perfectly fine if he'd left the magnet along with his note, but to actually put it on our fridge?! So creepy!! It makes me wonder if he's done other things to our house that I haven't noticed yet. As someone with severe PTSD, who had to be cajoled for weeks into accepting a fun vacation, you can imagine how nauseated this idea makes me. My home is my safe space and he took a bit of that away. I will never use his services again and I hope none of you will either.

I have had Brian as a cat sitter for many years. He is a very conscientious worker and Is very kind to the animals. He is a very nice person.
