This place was ok. It was smelly inside tanks were dirty. We went to look at tortoise and it is a long process. To get one.

Absolutely amazing people, unfortunately I had to surrender of one of my pets to them and they gave me 100% confidence and trust in them and as sad as I am to have had to surrender my pet I am happy that he is with such amazing people. Thank you to everyone that I spoke to their!

This place cares about its animals tremendously and it’s customers. No question is too dumb, no purchase too small. The first reptile rescue and shop I’ve been in that wasn’t drowning in ego’s.

If you have been here and actually paid attention to the way these animals are “cared “ for you will understand this. Makes me sad to see how these animals are kept. They have a smooth front caiman possibly 3.5 to 4 feet in what looks like a 150 gallon- 200. The caiman can’t even turn around or move freely. Those animals need to be kept at that size in a way larger setup. Theirs an abundance of turtles in the same tank or black bowl where they’re basically on top of each-other. The water in all of these aquariums is absolutely disgusting. Entirely too much feces and super dirty water where you see it hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. Their is alligator and other snapping turtles in a small aquarium ( for their size ) with no basking rock to even get out of the water. Quite frankly it makes me very upset to see this at a “ rescue “. If you know anything about care 101 for these reptiles you’ll understand the problem. They’re so cluttered everywhere it’s horrible. I understand not having a lot of space , but their comes a time where you need to bite the bullet and either upgrade the size of your facility or simply stop taking animals in and refer to other rescues if they cannot have the proper care provided to them. Seems this place has other interests. Hope this changes in the future.

A great place to adopt, get supplies, or just visit some great reptiles! The staff is really knowledgeable, and if one doesn't know an answer, they'll find you someone who does. The animals are so well-cared for and healthy!

This place is an overdressed pet store with no real interest in helping out the public and they front as a "rescue" so they dont have to pay their staff or Vets because they are volunteers. Thank you for every time you said I can give you my animal not help my animal. Thank you for NOT offering the free services and expertise that you draw from unpaid employees and donations.

The place has alot of reptiles and the workers were super helpful and they knew so much about there animals one of the best places i have found to go to get a new pet and everything they need from cages decorations lights and even both live and frozen food
