The teller is rude and she told me Saturday day is first come first serve , but also told me this week Saturday is already booked up?? If all Saturday are first come first serve how this week Saturday is already booked up? Then I asked I want to schedule next week Saturday then she told me there is no schedule needed just come in?? She also cut me off won’t let me finish my sentence. Extremely rude.

Great curtomer service, most of these low ratings come from individuals that were disrespectful to the bankers and tellers and said banker and tellers stood their ground and don't allow customers to bully them. Why cuss a teller out because they asked for your I.D. to do a transaction the are doing their job to protect you, seriously people grow up. Good job University staff you guys are great.P.S.Huntington look on both sides of customer and your employees in regard to reviews. Some of the customers strictly acting on malice to hurt other with no care of how it may effect them. Please be a good bank and employeer and protect your employees for customer bullying.

Unprofessional tellers discuss client’s financial information in front of me and other customers after they finished his transaction. I will definitely conduct my business at a different branch.However, after the initial banker who wasn’t at all helpful, had me wait to speak the branch manager. I did end up speaking with Tony D. who turned out to be very helpful and knowledgeable on how to correct the situation.

Worst Staff Ever…So called manager Tony is the worst ever. Staff there is rude. They treat customers like they common criminals. I almost switched banks after this last encounter. If you have huntington bank skip this location unless you want to encounter rude staff.

Got there 15 minutes after opening and they aren’t open. There was a line of people waiting to use the bank.

Why did they choose a building with such high steps? They have been there long enough now to build in a ramp. If you can't manage the steps, you have to go in an alternate entrance further away from the bank and then knock to be let in. Doesn't make you feel like a valued customer.

This location has the best staff who are always friendly and remember us every time we go in. I’ve had very good experiences here. The location is also incredibly convenient which is a plus.

I love this bank. The customer service is phenomenal. The employees are all friendly and helpful. I wouldn't bank anywhere else. But I took away one star because this location is not handicap accessible. Today I had to carry an elderly woman's walker up the stairs and help her in the bank. There isn't even a handicap door opener. We have a large elderly population in this neighborhood. This really needs to be fixed.

Bankers do not follow plan of action as outlined and as discussed. Do not offer any reconciliation after messing up. Don't really care about you. Just 'tough luck' or 'take it up with corporate'.
