My repair work was completed timely and seamless.
Lee & the staff were professional and knowledgeable. I left an important document in my rental and a staff member retrieved it and texted me the info until I could return for it… ( sorry, I forgot her name) This kind of Teamwork puts the SERV in service!!!

Caliber Collision has very good costumer service, with a friendly staff, that is very professional. They keep you regularly informed on the progress of the repairs. They did an outstanding job on the repair of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them, and use them for future repairs.

I have been dealing with them for many years and I have nothing but good things to say. ALL of the staff is always professional and makes sure the job is done right. They work as a great team but Ben is my favorite person at this location, he has always made sure I was taken good car of and made sure my vehicles were returned to me in top notch condition. Although I drive foreign cars, they are always up for the challenge. If you are looking for a professional shop, that treats everyone with respect and gets the job done right in a timely manner, try them! You wont be disappointed.

This is the second car that I have had to took two Caliber Collision. When you walk into the service department, the customer service reps are friendly and polite. The person to speak to for service is Lee. Lee works very hard to see that your car is finished within the time promised. He makes sure that you know what's going on all the way through your repair. At the end of your repair, I am sure you will be just as pleased with the work as I have been.

I was rear-ended. They totally fixed the damage. Even washed the car. It looks like new! And the repairs have a lifetime warranty! They were very easy and pleasant to work with. Detailed estimate up front. Online progress reports. Text notifications of any changes, and of completion. And in their waiting area they have information on food donations, which I consider a Positive Good for our society. And they host a GuitarMania guitar on their lawn! What’s not to like?

Not bad atmosphere , it's a ok waiting room , could be a little cleaner but it's about service anyway , and they do a good job .
