1 star only because of the greeter. So many ppl walked in before us and the BLK greeter greeted everyone 1 by 1 no one said a thing but that didn't change his attitude. He kept greeting folks. The floor workers did not offer any help. I was in there for 10 mins walking up and down isles and when I finally asked the lady by the fish for help she acted as if she had an attitude. So I won't be returning

Hit or miss. I own a cat, and dog.
PetSmart is the only store that carries my dog’s mixers.. not Petco, Walmart, Meijer, Kroger, Giant Eagle, etc.
They are slightly cheaper, with dry dog food, however it is much more expensive, for my cat’s wet/dry food, and I go elsewhere.
They have the XL, heavy duty, cat litter boxes, which I prefer.
And of course, with the rewards, the more you spend, the more points to redeem. If you spend lots, you save lots.

Took my dog to get groomed and the groomer said that they can’t do it because of the mats. I have a very long haired dog and keep his hair long during the winter. The female groomer was very rude to my wife and insinuated that we were bad pet owners. My wife told her the situation and she continued to berate my wife as if she had done something wrong. She even called my wife a liar straight to her face. Very unprofessional. Will never take our fur babies to a Petsmart ever again. I would like to know the groomers name. I am beyond myself. Never been treated like this at any other location.

We have been taking our dog for grooming/haircuts at South Euclid Petsmart for almost three years. He is so well-taken care of and loved, and he always comes out looking great!

The store is nice but anytime I take my dog here to get groomed and she always acts so scared to the point where she pees in the lobby.I took her to a different petsmart grooming and she had no problem. Idk how they handle their animals getting groomed but if my dog is terrified to set into this store than it’s probably bad.(To note at the other petsmart we went to she had no issues Or accidents)

This location is absolutely phenomenal! They love my dog Bruce Wayne and he loves them. They are warm, kind and knowledgeable. This is our new favorite location and we'll absolutely be bark! Lol I mean back ? ? ? ? ? ?
