I booked on the second floor and not even one trolley in the big place to transport your things on, big no no for me, and to top it off, customer service said they out for lunch from 1 to 2 I passed back there at 2:45 and still no one was there.

The reason why I gave that Rating is because you guys have and is holding my items hostage I unable to get into my storage units. I've already explained the last hour and a half on the phone to the representative that I've already signed a lease agreement for my unit number 4103 it's not my fault that you guys cannot find it. I signed it when I change from 4106 to 4103. I should not have to sign another lease agreement or hold my code so that I can't get into my storage unit that I have paid you guys before the month on time until I sign your lease agreement my unit was transferred in 2024 in October why is it now an issue now. I am leaving this bad review and I am in search for finding a new storage place. I am also going to file a police report because you're holding my stuff hostage and I'm getting my lawyer involved.
Nice try here's my response to you to call the phone number there has not been anybody there all weekend and on Monday which was yesterday I'll call today but I doubt if anybody's going to be in that office when you go to the office there's a sign on the door that says sorry we missed you. I can't get any help if no one is there to assist me this is the inconvenience that I'm talking about I pay my money you guys take it out every month you just took it out this month on the 21st and I have no access to my unit.
