They was out of guacamoly and corn salsa place was hit trash everywhere no kids no straws it must have been busy earlier before I showed up. Staff was friendly but wasnt impressed to say the least.

Disappointed with this particular location - hope they make some changes. I found the Kings Island franchise just up I-71 next exit substantially superior in all respects. ...They had no guac for wife's vegetarian bowl, yet charged full retail - hugely annoying as they charge about $3.00 if you add guacamole to a bowl. To their credit, they finally caughed up a coupon for free guacamole in the future if i catch them on a good night...provided I return for more abuse. :) ...It wasn't really bad, although wife said this particular bowl was too spicy as compared to the Kings Island location...and then she had me beaten like a lowly peasant. :)Finally, I note that the staff at the Kings Island location is exceptional when catering to gluetin free diets. They are also gracious and courteous...even invited me to sample new beverages that were introduced!(I passed and got takeout from Tony's instead since "the morning shift didn't make enough guac." Tony's is amazing but pricey.)

Refused to serve us chips tonight when we asked to order chips and queso, but tried to still charge us for queso. Highly unprofessional and will not return when treated so rudely in line. They told us they wouldn’t sell us chips because we were ordering in store. 0/10 do no

Online order was terrible, too much rice and pico, small amount of chicken, and the most minuscule small scoop of guac for 2.50. The South Lebanon Chipotle is notorious for giving tiny quantities and not a good experience overall.

It’s the worst chipotle in the area, considerably smaller portions, the food is never warm, customer service is always poor. They refuse to remake or refund. Save yourselves the trouble of having to contact corporate and go to the location in Mason. That location is significantly better in all

A once great company , is now just like everywhere els , pay more and get less . I would say their drive through is the worst thing they have ever offered , it’s just a good way for them to cut your entree in half because they know your not watching to make sure you don’t get ripped off after paying 13$ . Every time I get food ant any of their locations but especially this one , and I can’t physically watch them make my food , they give me almost nothing . Cheapest ingredients on the planet and they still do everything they can to rip you off .

I was excited about a new Chipotle opening up but they had no guacamole, the inside was filthy and it wasn't even busy. Food was meh...Not impressed... portions are ridiculously SMALL (update: 2 yrs later and nothing has changed)

This place is absolutely awful. Very dirty and they do not follow sanitary procedures. They are also very rude employees. I’d rather support anyone else that respects their customers.
