I go to those places when I feel the need to have someone not be helpful, someone who thinks that be cause they know where hammers are or for someone to say, "I don't know ". That's not the feeling at McCabe's. Someone actually pleasantly said Good Morning. I was staring fascinated at stuff I have looked at for years, and I am just not in a hurry. “Do you know what makes this hardware store nice ? the fact that it’s connected to EADS and there’s a coffee shop also on the other side, so in essence, you get the benefit of outside decking, coffee, and hardware. And I’d love to say I was joking but it’s true. What’s nice about this particular spot is that it’s a cure and simple small town hardware shop that doesn’t feel commercial in a sense and that’s what makes it so lovely.”

Fantastic experience and service today from both Geoff and Nancy K.! Both were extremely helpful and very polite! Geoff noticed my aimless walking about and checked in to see if I needed help and guided me to exactly what I was looking for quickly and effectively! Nancy K. was just as helpful when it came to finding my pick up order and went through all the trouble of finding it in the back for me and bringing it out on a cart which was a big help! Very fast and experienced staff and service today! Will come back for future needs!”

“We just purchased a new KitchenAid Refrigerator/Freezer from Lowe's Maineville after our 25-year-old KitchenAid died. We were working with a home warranty company which took time but Dana in sales worked with us patiently while we waded through the process. Then came the delivery and removal of the old unit which was a monster to remove. I think the house was built around the refrigerator. Bobby sent over a three person team and Jacob was the supervisor and they removed it quickly, the same day and were friendly, professional and very careful not to break tiles or scratch floors. They did an awesome job. Shout out to the whole team. We now have a new unit that will hopefully last a long time.....”
