There was a problem with my ignitor on the Gozney and Andrew was a true gentleman worked with me to resolve the issue. Great customer service. I have bought all my backyard appliances and day-to-day hardware needs from them. Andrew and the team are top-notch. Don't go to a big BOX, go to McCabe.

“Customer service here is great. Everyone was friendly and helpful if I could give the whole store a good performance review that included every associate I interacted with in my Lowe’s experience today, I would, but I don’t know everyone’s name.
My journey started at the paint desk where the associate there helped with a completely different item out of their section of the store. Then I ran into another associate and he went around with me and helped me find the LR44 battery for my digi therm. He was very polite and helpful.”
