We just purchased a new KitchenAid Refrigerator/Freezer from Lowe's Maineville after our 25-year-old KitchenAid died. We were working with a home warranty company which took time but Dana in sales worked with us patiently while we waded through the process. Then came the delivery and removal of the old unit which was a monster to remove. I think the house was built around the refrigerator. Bobby sent over a three person team and Jacob was the supervisor and they removed it quickly, the same day and were friendly, professional and very careful not to break tiles or scratch floors. They did an awesome job. Shout out to the whole team. We now have a new unit that will hopefully last a long time.....

Waited in plumbing for 20 minutes after asking for assistance and not getting it finally just said forget it and bought a whole kit for the sink when I was planning on just getting one replacement piece not a good experience but had a few staff members that are worth a few starts for being helpful

While the location may be somewhat distant at over 10 miles, the establishment consistently provides excellent service. The store is well-maintained, and the staff is known for their friendliness and courtesy. They offer a comprehensive selection of equipment and home goods, making it ideal for weekend projects.

Visiting the paint center of this Lowes is always disappointing. You often go unnoticed or ignored by staff, while waiting to be helped.
I went there to get paint on back to back days. On the first day, they were mildly busy. I patiently waited for my turn to be helped. I wasn't in a huge hurry, so I waited. 20-25 minutes later, without so much as a simple nod or acknowledgement from any of the three employees, in the meantime, I was finally helped. The man helping me was super friendly, and that's the only reason I gave this place a 3 star rating, and not lower.
Next day; Nobody working the paint counter. Again, I waited patiently for somebody, anybody to acknowledge that I was standing there, waiting to be helped. Employee after employee walked by me. Some were even nearby setting up displays, and stocking shelves. For 10 minutes, nothing. Ignored.
I'd had enough so I walked out the door, and drove to Sherwin Williams 2 miles away, where I received great service. Actually spent $10-$15 less than I would've at Lowes, too.
I would NOT recommend buying (trying to buy?) your paint at this Lowes. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 miles up the road, instead.

Want to give a shout out to 2 of your employees that I had the pleasure of getting assistance with. Their names are Jarad and James. Booth a freezer chest and thought it would fit in my car but no. So both employees help with loading it in my trunk and strapping it securely. The went out of their way on helping me on that hot Sunday

It's Lowe's. Like you know what a Lowe's is right? It's that. Run of the mill hardware store, average and common plants, all pretty good but nothing special. It's a Lowe's. We all know what a Lowe's is. This one is satisfactory for a Lowe's.

I got a grill and love it pit boss 1600. I bought the extended warranty through Lowe’s, had one heck of a time trying g to call and activate it. Jessica in customer service in store was able to easily help me and go above and beyond to activate it personally. I really like the crew that was in and I bought the grill they were friendly, after the experience with her I really appreciate the Lowe’s team making sure we feel helped. Thank you Jessica!

My wife and I spent 20 minutes in the store looking to make a major purchase and not once did any store employee offer us any help. Went back again and made sure I was helped only to find out it'd be nearly a month until their installer could even come out to take measurements. Won't give Lowe's my business. At least Home Depot has good customer service.
