Tried to schedule a U-Haul rental. Was told to call closer to move date. When I did call again, closer to date, was told to call after 10:30 when manager was in, as he did all U-Haul scheduling. Called at 10:55 and was rudely and abruptly told “He’s not here.” No explanation. Explained my needs. “He’s not here” again.
I’ve determined that nobody’s ever there when it comes to politeness. Taking my business elsewhere.

Nostalgic!!!!!!! I am from WV where there is trust. We went in to pay for our gas and he said pump first then pay. I appreciate the old school service. Thank you. It made my day. 🤗

I came here for a Uhaul trailer rental. Service was beyond awful. I arrived before my reservation time. Employee working there said only the owner could process a Uhaul reservation and that the owner had just left for a towing job. He would return in 30 minutes. I left, came back in 30 minutes. The owner continued his conversation with his employee while I waited in front of him, before telling me he had an errand to run. He told me it would take him 30 minutes to process a reservation and he didn't have time right now, and that I should come back in an hour. I got the impression he felt he was doing me a favor by doing his job...
I called Uhaul and picked up a trailer elsewhere after leaving this place. I rent a trailer for my hobby 10-12 times a year. It takes about 10 minutes once you're being helped to process a trailer rental, and hook it up.
The location is a disarray. It's a gas station with 2? pumps, a tow yard and a small convenience store. There's no place to park other than the gas pumps because there are Uhaul trucks, trailers, wrecked cars, and tow trucks parked all over. The inside of the store is the same, with barely any room to walk inside.

A supreme rascist. Stopped and asked could i used restroom. The owner told me no because covid had messed they entire water line so they cant flush the toilet. .

We had scheduled a 10' U-Haul for pickup at 12:30. The location was closed and the guy showed up in a wrecker at 12:45 and told us it would be an hour before we could get checked in and take the van.... What a joke.

Rented a U-Haul truck here. Showed up on date/time agreed to and the site was closed with no one present. Had to track down the owner and get him to meet me there an hour after planned - extremely inconvenienced. Owner stated he had some sort of emergency, but never attempted to contact me to let me know. On taking the truck, there was no rear view mirror and no back up camera. I could see a similar truck there that had the back up camera. Owner refused to provide the safer option. When finally returned the truck at the end of the day, was met with a downright rude person. Poorly run business. Poor customer care. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Great place. Gas was cheaper here than big places. Drove a few minutes out of the way to go here and the man there...I would gather the owner, was nice and friendly. Had a great personality.

Very personable owner, helped me rent a U-haul van. I walked in and was able to rent a van in less than 15 minutes.
