Very disturbing experience at PetSmart. A woman openly told employees she was buying a fish that her daughter would “play with,” admitted they wouldn’t take care of it, and even said they’ve done this before with other animals—letting them die within a week. Despite this, the staff still allowed the sale. Completely unacceptable. Pets are living beings, not toys. PetSmart needs to take animal welfare more seriously and train staff to prevent this kind of neglect.

They were so kind to us at this store (all PetSmart stores). We needed help with an exchange, and the ladies were friendly and patient.

Always friendly and helpful staff at this location. They always seem to go out of their way to greet you, make sure you can find what you are looking for, and ensure you find everything you need. They carry a wide variety of pet needs, medications, and toys. Pricing is in line with what you would find online.

From my experience in fish this is the best place other than a specialty store for them. I am too far away from a speciality shop.

I do not believe this was done maliciously, the store has been made aware, they have offered to refund for the service, and I do not fault the groomer solely for this incident or believe it was due to anything other than inexperience or clipper care issues.
My dog was seen on 6/8, everything looked fine when I left and the groomer said he was well behaved and they'd love to have him back. He is 9 and has been groomed his whole life by private groomers and a few times at Petsmart, this location included.
Not even a day later and a massive clipper rash shows up on him. I have escalated this to corporate, I understand things happen, but this is way too severe to not be addressed and has led to spending more money on healing aids and vet appointments to get him out of pain.

Pet grooming has always been a pleasant experience. My dog has no hesitation going and has been serviced by several grooming associates over the past 3+ yrs we've had her bathed and groomed there. Service is typically prompt and thorough. Great value by great staff.

We get our Shih Tzu, Blue, groomed at this Petsmart location and they do amazing every time! Shayla is so good with our boy!!

HART Adoption center is awesome. Managers and staff are very attentive and there to answer all your questions.
