I have no idea where these negative reviews come from but in my personal experience the Loveland post office is a very welcoming and straightforward environment and I'm very lucky to live in a Loveland Household! “I made a mistake and didn't use enough postage on about half of my son's graduation announcements. I realized this a few hours after I dropped them in the drop box inside the post office. I called and they pulled them out for me minutes before collection. Before I got back up there, they had weighed them and had the extra postage I needed ready to go. Amazing customer service. I doubt a larger post office would have gone to the trouble to help me out. They really saved the day!”
