This hotel is more worn and outdated than it looks. Carpet in the room is stained badly, shower curtain was torn in several places, desk phone was visibly dirty. Stayed 4 nights and after 2 nights, had to ask for housekeeping since nobody bothered to enter my room to take the trash out or replace my towels. Let alone make the bed. Bed is hard and very uncomfortable. Pillows are small and too soft. Toilet runs intermittently on its own all night long. Haven’t tried the breakfast , I’m afraid to. I am definitely not staying at this location again.Rooms: Don’t waste your money on dirty, outdated rooms

Every single house keeping employee rude as can be. Asked for towels , they didnt have enough or blamed us for taking them because they was running low. Asked for a broom to sweep the floor and was treated and looked at like garbage during our entire stay.Anytime we went to get a snack or drink the person behind the desk would huff & puff with an attitude.The room was dingy & didn't smell the best on arrival & breakfast options was fine but the food tasted horrible. Do better comfort inn.Rooms: I've watched them clean the rooms and leave the same bed sheets & blankets on the bed.Safety: None of the side doors key cards work so they just leave the doors proped open all day & night.

Ok the hotel is fantastic clean amazing atmosphere and great service and all but they need to get rid of all of the black bugs off the left side door other then that go through the front lol over all 5-5??✨Rooms: Fantastic clean rooms and beds even the sofa bed was amazing ?

This hotel was in a good location in relation to where I needed to be. Hotel was dated, but has the essentials. Room smelled pretty bad and the smell never went away. The one front desk worker was great and she was super helpful. My biggest complaint was that housekeeping came and took my dirty towels on the second night of my stay and never brought them back. I had to go down to the desk at 8pm and ask for a clean towel.Nearby activities: Very close to the highways and Kentucky/West Virginia

Just no. Do not stay here! Dark, dank, dingy is the best description I can give. Nothing about being here felt good.Check in didn't take too long, but the luggage cart was broken.The bed was lumpy and the room felt dirty. In fact the bed cover on one bed had dirty streaks on it. Thankfully no rushed or bed bugs that we saw. There was no shower curtain and the caulking outside it was black from mold all the way across it.The breakfast area was so low lit it was hard to read the labeling on the juice machine.We couldn't wait to leave!

Rooms are dirty, linens are stained, AC barley works and is broken/cracked with bugs in it. Staff is probably the best thing going for them. Pool area is gross and small. Definitely not on par with other comfort suites that we’ve stayed at and needs a serious deep cleaning or update to get back to the company standard.Rooms: Gross, need deep cleaning. Bring your own pillows and blankets.Nearby activities: Nothing to do but the KFC across the street has a sign letting customers know that employees have to be vaccinated for hepatitis so that’s nice.Walkability: No defiantly not a good idea

The check-in process was smooth and fast. Unfortunately, I had to share my room with a mouse who was not willing to split the bill. He also took my leftover pizza and made a mess. After about 30 minutes of playing hide and seek at 5 AM, he finally decided to crawl under the bed and allowed me to pack my stuff and jet out of the room. Since I had to check out at 6 AM, I was not able to find the hotel staff to inform this. I dropped off my keys in the front desk and left as I was in a hurry. May be when you book a room, request a mouse-free room.

This was a horrible day the rooms are dirty. The pool is filthy full of hair and oil. It smells like a mildew when you're taking a hot shower and look up. The nicotine is dripping off around the ceilit smells like marijuana. Most of the rooms are propped open. It's noisy and you have to watch your card because they will double charge it and keep charging you ridiculous things once you ask about it they. Say it was the computer or some other? Lame reason that's never happened to any other hotforever. I asked for a late check out that was knocking on my door at 10 o'clock. They charge my card $20 at 958 check out times at 11. I was out of the room by 1055 because they kept knocking and I was just over it. They still try to charge me $20 for late. Check out when I asked for a late check out. They did not tell me that it cost anything that's bad business. And why charge someone's card 2 hours before. When you didn't even know that I was going to ask for a late. Check out so that she said I would be refunded instead of refunding me they charge my card yet again. Then she said it must have been the computer. They need new computers because these ones like to charge your card

For the amount we paid to stay here, nearly $300, for 2 days during Memorial Day weekend it was definitely not worth the money. The duration of our stay we did not have hot water at all and had to go to our relatives to shower. Beyond ridiculous for it to be 4 of us.

Had problems each day with both room keys, needed reprogramed at least once a day Handle on dead bolt fell off first time it was used. Toilet moved when sitting on it. Shower curtain was dirty.Noteworthy details: We have been staying here on memorial day weekend for the last 5 or 6 years. Until this year it was a great place to stay. We will give the place one more chance next year. If they have not gotten back to where they were we will start staying elsewhere.

Nice little hotel with hot breakfast. Very friendly staff. Our room smelled a bit funny like old cigarettes. But was able to get passed it. Bed are comfy and the shower heads are very powerful and feel good after a long day! Kids were tuckered out! Pool is small. Looked bigger in the pictures. Family friendly.

I was completely disappointed!! We were there over the Memorial Day weekend and our room #204 had No hot water and we had to go to family’s house to shower! For all that, my family and I could’ve stay with family. At check out, I express my concerns but I don’t feel like there was much the little girl could’ve done.It’s bad enough that that area barely has anything, but to have a hotel that is that poorly handled is sad

I travel 3 days a week for work, I usually have 2 hotel stays a week.If I book with my company’s travel agency closer than 2 hours from the hotel check in, there can often be issues with authorization of payment.Went in last night, employee said there was an issue with authorization I said I’d call our company’s travel agency real quick, he said No I’ll take care of it go ahead get settled in to your room and relax.I have gotten to hotels at 11:45pm and this issue took 90 minutes to resolve.I was super appreciative of this employee taking care of my payment authorization.

The online ratings rank the motel at 8.2. The owner, Mr. Patel must count the votes because he is clearly the one responsible for the poor shape the building is in. It's falling apart, and the fact that Comfort Suites allows this owner to continue with the franchise doesn't say much for Comfort Suites.The best part of the stay was service - each and every employee we came into contact with was helpful and friendly. The girl who worked in the breakfast area never stopped working, and it was clean and stocked.The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning a room that was literally falling apart - but the linens were clean, and the shower was clean.- The ceiling was crumbling in the bathroom and bedroom areas;- The bathroom sink was unusable because it was clogged;- The vanity shelf was broken and completely coming off the wall;- The carpet was very dirty, and it was dark, so I can't imagine how much dirt was really hiding in there;- The bathroom fan was not working;- Lights in the room were not working;- The walls were patched, and they were dirty. Everything needed to be cleaned, repaired, caulked, repainted, or replaced.Either clean it up or shut it down, Mr. Patel!I'll never stay in a Comfort Suites again!

Do NOT stay here. I do a very thorough check and luckily there were no bed bugs. However, there were blood/makeup (who knows but it was reddish brown) stains all over the curtains. (Room 218 needs some serious TLC) There was even water stains all over the ceiling where the above room's AC unit was leaking. Oh! And no show curtains?! We had to put the cloth curtain inside the tub and it was soaking wet all weekend long. The side door entrance did not ever lock (let me tell you, wonderful security isn't it?) Breakfast was offered to be ready by 6 or 6:30, I'm not sure of the exact time. But we were down there at 7:30 and had to wait past 8 to even eat because they didn't have anything ready yet. And we weren't the only ones waiting! They quoted us $150 for a two night stay with a military discount, but that actually turned out to be $150 PER NIGHT. They also charged my card for my room, plus ANOTHER PERSON'S ROOM!! When I called to get a refund, she offered me a free night's stay for the inconvenience, but instead of refunding me it charged my card AGAIN another $150... She said, "Hopefully that extra charge will drop off in the morning" Hopefully?! I'm now having to wait to dispute this issue with my bank in the morning and I also have to wait to speak with the GM tomorrow morning when they get in. The quality of the staff, hotel, accommodations, and knowledge is not even worth the 1 star. Happy Labor Day!EDIT 9/6/2022 In response to the owner:It's Labor Day, not Memorial Day. And the "Discounted rate" you so graciously gave me was because of a VETERANS DISCOUNT. You did nothing to offer a genuine Discount. Also, let's have a chat about this upside down American Flag?! Are you in distress or something? I would be if I had a company this unmanaged as yours. However, this is still not an excuse to disrespect the American Flag. This is not only a symbolic but physical representation of the disrespect you have for your guests. I called my bank today, you did in fact charge my card for the additional $154.26 They do NOT show any refund. You need to train your employees and reflect on your own issues before you try to put blame on another guest.
