They are a joke. They lose packages all the time. Completely conflicting information on their site versus reality. Horrible customer service, they won't even talk to you.

Unfortunately, hellofresh uses fedex to ship their food. My box of fresh produce and frozen meat has been sitting in their warehouse for over a day.

Everybody at this location sucks at their job. Absolutely zero customer service. My package was only half delivered. The other half is a week late. “Weather conditions” my foot there’s no snow on the ground. My order keeps saying “arriving today” but nope. Nothing. Get your act together and do your job. Lousy.
