“Can’t say enough about this flower shop. I gave the wrong building directions for delivery . Totally my fault . After not hearing from the receiver I called fields flower shop and they made another arrangement of flowers and delivered to the correct address. I tried to pay them for the second arrangement but they insisted that I not pay again

“I have purchased many items from this florist and have always been extremely pleased with all arrangements I have received and purchased. For those complaining and giving bad reviews due to flowers not being the same you need to remember that certain flowers are only available during certain times of the year. You may not be able to get something in December that grows in the spring for example. And for the one complaining saying 1800flowers should drop them. Did you ever consider maybe the order never even got to them? Maybe they stopped taking orders and 1800flowers never stopped sending them orders. I might suggest some of you remember there are a lot of circumstances that could cause issues within a business I would hope that if you were in the owners shoes that you would want others to have a bit more patience and understanding with you then you are showing.”
