However, there is an opportunity for improvement in fostering customer engagement, especially when multiple employees are present.
Despite this, the overall experience was satisfactory, with the positive aspects outweighing the areas for improvement.
One thing I neglected to mention is that the restrooms required better maintenance; the locks on the doors seemed to be broken, and the faucets felt loose. Additionally, the restrooms were not very clean.”

“love it there, very clean and spacious for dogs and cats, they take really good acre of them and I love the staff, voulenteering is so fun, but one staff was really rude and told us to walk a dog we were walking away from everyone else, cause she wasn't dog friendly, but she wasn't even labeled not dog friendly or a red collar on her kennel door? how would we know? and I haven't even let her near any dog that was there, but that staff person let one of the shelter dogs near her when she went to confront me?? besides that, the place is great.”
