“I recently brought my Oreo for a self-wash and noticed the nail trimming sign! I do not trust myself with his nails and luckily he wasn’t too upset and was able to get them done!
EVERYONE was super super helpful!! Everyone was BEYOND sweet. I’ll definitely be returning biweekly for washes and nails! Even possibly a monthly trim! ❤

“This was my second time coming to Ooh La La Boutique and Pam and Tabetha are so sweet and kind. I have a stubborn pug that refuses to let me cut his nails and clean his ears and they do it so gracefully. They make him very comfortable. I would highly recommend them to be with your fur babies!!”

“bought a chain today for my Husquvarna chain saw. Turns out the one I needed was an odd pitch - long story short the crew wet to great lengths to find one. “Had a wonderful experience at this location today because of the associate named Hunter. I had a problem with a gift card I bought from mid-town krogers. They refused to help me even though they sold me the card. Hunter was able to use her problem solving skills easily and fix my problem to get the card to work. She was compassionate, friendly, informed and had a great attitude. I had an extremely large order that I needed to come back for and the store handled it beautifully.”
“Greeted when entering store. Very helpful and had information readily available about pet we wanted and ended up buying today. Very concerned about the pet’s well being and spent ample time educating us about it’s needs for continued and healthy care. The employees made sure we left with everything needed for a seamless transition from the store, to our home. Store manager was involved throughout the whole process and made our purchase pleasant and assuring that if we needed help with our pet, Petland would be there for us. We have bought similar pets from this company before and enjoyed long lives from them.
