I love this place!! The animals there are living their best lives, and the doting staff lavishes them with TLC. I am so impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. It’s a happy place to visit! I especially appreciate the advice and guidance from Lexi Dunsmore, a reptile and amphibian expert. She knows birds too, but I like having an experienced resource for my unusual exotics!

I went into Petland the other day with my fiancé because we were interested in geting a gecko. Mahayla was extremely helpful in providing us with the information that we needed about the appropriate habitats and care of one. She provided us with knowledge that we otherwise would not have known. We will definitely be coming back to this store!!

I went today to buy a Guinea pig. I knew alittle bit about Guinea pigs but not much. But Ray made it so much each easier on me when getting my sweet little baby he told me everything I need to know about them and the diet they were already on so I didn’t have an issue. I have never experienced such great customer service at a pet store till today. So thank you so much Ray!!!!! and If your looking to buy a guinea pig. I would definitely ask for Ray.
