Rick Hanshaw was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on a sectional for our living room. Rick was professional with a personable approach rather than the typical salesperson demeanor. Travis Miller also helped to answer any questions and assisted in closing the deal. I highly recommend Rick,Travis and their team when considering a furniture purchase!

Highly recommend the south Zanesville location-very relaxed and they have great sales. Travis and Karley went over and beyond to help us choose a new mattress and we are so so happy with our choice. The selection is great, the customer service keeps us going back.

Always a great experience purchasing furniture at the south zanesville location. Travis and Karley were great- knowledgeable, not pushy, and very very helpful. We always go when Travis is there bc we know it will be a very laid back and positive buying experience.

The experience at Coconis was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door to the moment our furniture arrived. Rick was wonderful to work with and really worked with us to find what worked in our space. He wasn’t pushy, or rushed us at all to make decision. The communication was great when our furniture came in (which was a very quick turn around time) and the delivery guys were very kind and helpful. I wish I had gotten their names. They were quick and efficient moving the furniture in and respected my house to ensure that everything was taken care of. Would definitely recommend Coconis Furniture to anyone looking.

We were greeted at the door, directed to the area we wanted to view, and given some space to make decisions. Once we had narrowed down our choices he gave us the details of the furniture we were looking at.

I came in here twice looking for a couch. The first time, my husband and I were nervous, because we’d been looking for months and hadn’t found anything. We were also tired of salespeople not listening to our needs. We are the shoppers who like to look around alone until we have a list of questions.But when we got to Coconis. Josh made us feel very welcome and comfortable. He didn’t push anything and when we had questions, he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. We ended up settling on a top pick and leaving for the night.I came back two days later and Esther helped me out. She was very supportive with helping me figure out fabrics, pillows, and a matching chair. She and Josh both also educated me on the different brands of furniture, how they are made, and more.I ended up buying a couch and a swivel chair with a store warranty. But Esther wasn’t pushy and was more helpful than anything. When’s we finalized the sale, it took some time because Esther and her manager made sure everything was whatI wanted. I’d rather spend time getting confirmation then the wrong couch sent to me (which happened in the past.) This is a good local company that cares about its people. I plan to recommend them and come back for more!
