“Wonderful store and staff. We buy all our household taxable items here all at one time about every 4 to 5 weeks and spend 200. To 350.. At a time it's a one stop shop for use the manager is always happy and always happy to see use. The Crooksville store down in town needs to learn a lesson from this store the Crooksville store is a dump .”
“This store is so great, I love it! Conveniently located nearby, I know that I can always get in and get out quickly without any hassle. The store is also very clean and organized very well unlike some OTHER stores in our area.”
“Very convenient. Prices are pretty good, but not always the cheapest. Walmart beats them frequently. A little hard to fine things sometimes. The staff are super nice.”
“Friendly helpful staff, decent prices, and convenient location. The only thing that I don't like is the extremely narrow aisles and the store itself is disorganized and messy.”
“They have most all of your essential needs if you can't find something the staff will help you out they are very friendly.I shop there a lot some of the staff know who I am which is a great thing as a customer”
“The family Dollar on market and greenwood Street the people there are the friendliest I think I've ever come across. Amazing and so so helpful one lady in particular we'll go out of her way to help.”
“I love going to this Dollar General !! Amazing people with great personality and amazing smiles.. ??? Keep up the great work team..!!! I'll always come back to this store forsure even know New Lexington is my hometown Dollar General Store !!!”
“Even though short-staffed, as is a great majority of the area, well-stacked and speedy service.. a great place to grab those much needed conveniences in a jiffy!”
“First time we ever saw meat, eggs and produce sold at a dollar general store! Found everything I needed quickly, aisles were clean, well lit and products nicely displayed. Will be coming back here again soon.”
“Great job to all the hard workers and there all kind and respectful i enjoy talking to them and anytime you need help they're always there ir they will definitely ask you did you find everything you needed ☺️ ??”
“There was carts of freight on the floor but no one was working them. No one was at the register when I went to check out. I rang the bell and the employee came out of the office. The employee was very nice but was trying to carry on a conversation with another person while she was taking care of me. I needed to buy cigarettes and she couldn’t focus on what I asked for.”
“Martha has always provided excellent service with a smile for me!?Terrific saleslady!!Heard she's had a tuff time recently...so maybe was just a bad day....which we all have from time to time! With all that's going on in the world...hopefully we all have a Happy Easter and we treat everyone like Jesus will us someday..even when we have a bad day!?God bless us all!”
“Andrea saved me today when I locked my keys in my trunk! I had been on hold with AAA for ages & finally did my shopping at Dollar General. I asked if they sold a yardstick or back scratcher so I could reach through my window which was opened about 3" for the heat. Andrea used her fishing rod from her truck to unlock me. Bless you, Andrea!”
“They have the best selection of adult/advanced coloring books of all the dollar stores around, and I feel like they do a much better job about checkout wait times than most aswell. Other than that, it's a typical Dollar General..”
“New smiling people who don't hang all over your man & icnore you, like you got the plague. Nice you have hired people with some self control and dignity. Keep up the better work. Your app doesn't want to work in your store. Like why bother if it can't be used when you want it? Love my DG store ?”
“Great ? employees, love the South Zanesville location, Hassel free without the stupid carts that mark what isle you're in, The North end has that, and it just feels rather intrusive. It's summertime, I normally leave my purse and coat in the car. They know I'm not dressed to be a thief, so they shouldn't treat me as such, with a tacky 7 foot pole over my head as i shop.”
