“I was a guest at a wedding this past weekend and just needed to share our experience. Aside from the natural beauty and vast landscaping, the staff and owners were beyond accommodating and gracious. The lake house was stunning both inside and out as well as their cabin across from the lake house. This establishment is rich in family history and love for all. My family and I were welcomed with open arms and hearts and will be forever grateful for such an amazing team of strangers. We will absolutely be back one day!! “A great place for family gatherings such as birthdays and graduations. The building has been updated and remodeled. Although I preferred the rustic look and feel of the old building.A small lake and hiking trails are on the property which is in a secluded area.The Geauga Park district does a great job.”
“My experiences differ each time I'm there. The food is good. Sometimes the service is not very good, but then again I've had wonderful waitresses! Prices are too high, though.”

“Needed to eat after a long, busy day and voting. Decided to try this place. Casual. Music at an ok level. Comfortable booths. Server seated us right away. She is so sweet and friendly. She made it clear she wants you to enjoy your time here. Everything came out quickly. Drinks right away. Cheese sticks right away. She brought pieces of pizza too when we mentioned we has missed lunch. Chicken parm was good - we would order again. More than you can eat. Pizza turnover with real mozzarella, no ricotta. Whatever you like. I got vegetaables rather than fries. Lots of sauce with everything. Busy take out. Worth coming back for the food but definitely for the service.”
“I attended for the Mother's Day Brunch. The venue was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Multiple staff asking how things were and if we needed anything, and helping others in attendance. The s'more bar was my favorite!”

“Was completely pleased with my first stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Although I booked it from the road an hour earlier, the front desk had everything ready for me when I arrived. The entire room was clean and spacious, with a really comfortable king bed. Sure, there were some noisy people in the hallway early in the morning, but you can't expect the hotel staff to have complete control of how loud guests are.The options for breakfast were what I've encountered at other HI Express locations, delicious cinnamon rolls, eggs & sausage, pancakes, along with other continental breakfast items. I left comfortably full.Overall, NO complaints and nothing but praise for my first stay here.”
“I think they need to put a bathroom in so people who have health problems can use one if there outside waiting to get in my friend who has sugar had to go and I asked if he could use the bathroom inside and was told no”

“Monday 4/8/24, 2pmFirst timer, visited during the Solar Eclipse Party. This place way exceeded our expections!!!My cuz Gail & I both enjoyed veggie appetizers with wine & side salads. Salads were fresh and well composed. Veggie bowl with deep fried O-rings, broccoli, cauliflower & mushrooms were golden. Prices were cheap!Dining area was comfortable & featured trendy decor. Bathrooms were clean and retro. Locals are lucky to have this GEM of a Bar & Grill!”
