It’s unfortunate we have no other stores in town. Everytime I go just to grab one thing it takes forever to get out of the store. They have closed the self checkout for almost a year and refuse to open it back up leaving one register! On occasions they will open self checkout out to help with the line but this is very rare. If there is no willingness to open self check out then they need an additional checkout with another employee to run it. Very inconvenient.

This DG is truly focused on the community! Lots of friendly faces come in every day! Run by local people, friendly is just part of what makes our DG one of the best!

Stop in to grab dog food, omfg what a mess every isle cluttered, metal roller containers everywhere I couldn't take a cart down the isle to get the dog food. I'm glad the dollar general close to where I live is very clean and always in order. Ft. Recovery ohio has the cleanest dg around.

Usually messy, cluttered isles. I called to check availability of an item to save a 40 min round trip, and got a random voice mail. “Hello, no one can come to the phone right now”. I called back shortly after & was informed “I don’t think so. Bye”. OK, then.

One word PITIFUL.Visited 2-11-2023 Saturday.Looked like a Tornado had come through & raised all kinds of havoc.Floors littered with merchandise.Few isles you could not push your cart down.Boxes of merchandise on floor blocking aisle way.Seems they change managers & it gets worse.Employees come & go constantly.Corporate really should go in & check this store out. WORST I have been in!

1 1/2 star for this place. Cashiers are mostly outside huffing on their smokes, talking on their phones, cigarette butts piled up by the ice machine, too lazy to sweep them up into the trash.Racks of items needed to be placed on shelves are in aisles making it hard to get around, this is a constant at this store!New coolers, not much in them.If an item is on sale, you better get there the morning of the first sale day, otherwise you are SOL!All this is attributed to a LAZY manager!!Delphos Dollar General makes this place look like a corner market from the 50's!!UPDATE!! 10-2021New Manager was installed. The place is in worse shape!Cluttered aisles. BOXES are in the coolers because workers are too lazy to take the items out of the box!Signs all over the store asking for HELP. LOLSmokers Paradise out in front of the store next to the Ice box!!Best bet is to drive right past this place!!

Only store in the town. They run out of things but they are good friendly people and positive. I enjoy them. Stop by you wont be disappointed.
