Poor communication with this shop. Very difficult to get a return phone call or text. Truck has been here for over a month and still not repaired. We understand parts being difficult to obtain but lack of communication is very frustrating.

Very pleased with their work. I got 4 quotes for fixing some serious mailbox damage on the passenger side of my Cadillac SRX. Had to replace the front fender, headlight, side mirror. Plus they had to get the gouges and dings out of both doors and the back quarter panel. They had the cheapest quote. My biggest concern was there is a lot of advanced electronics just for the mirror and headlights. When they were finished, everything worked. 5 Stars.

I was torn about leaving a review. Overall I’m happy with the work done but there were issues. Probably the biggest one was the color of the paint. To be fair, they did not have the truck to match the bed to but there is no way the paint was mixed to the factory color. This all worked out because I was painting the rest of the truck myself as it turned out. The only downfall now is things like door handles that you can (and I did) purchase already color matched are no where close to matching. I dropped the bed and one door off with the understanding that it would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into 7, again not a huge issue for me but just sharing my experience. Communication is a one way street I found also. On 3 occasions I was told I’d be called about different things and never did get a call back. One time they had the wrong number but the next time, after confirming the correct callback number, I never did hear back and that’s when I decided to stop working with them.In short, good work, terrible communication and questionable color control.Service: Painting

Our car (Toyota TUNDRA 2021) was in the accident back in November of 2021. The business cased the check from insurance company for the amount of $20K right before Christmas of 2021 and never finished repairs. Almost 19 months passed since the car was towed there, and it is not done. More than that, the trunk has been used as a work bench or storage, same with front seat . HORRIBLE business! Initial consultation was positive, but it was (and has been) all downhill from there. I hate leaving negative reviews, but if you have other options- I would suggest looking into those first.
