Decent selection of most things to meet your home and garden needs for a small store with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful employees. They have essentially an open concept that makes it so easy to find everything without walking a mile. My favorite ACE around.

This Ace Hardware refused to return a Craftsman Shop Vac bought in Eaton, OH Ace Hardware.. We have the original receipt and the credit card on receipt matches mine. The Manager was rude and unhelpful.. Laziness is all that it is.. So it made more sense to him for me to drive 1hr back to Eaton then for them to take back a defective item to help his local customer out.. I will never buy another thing from this Ace in Springboro... Customer service is terrible and must improve... be careful what you buy from Ace.. they will not stand behind there stuff..

Had great experience with getting a propane tank..Noone knows anything about drill bits..
