“I recently went to O'Reilly in Lebanon to buy new wiper blades for my truck. I was greeted immediately by Felica, store manger. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the different wiper blades. She brought up the company's website and carefully explained my options on wiper blades along with various prices. After I decided on the wipers She picked them up and went out to my truck to put them on my vehicle. She was amazing and the definition of great customer services of which most younger people have no clue. Thank you Felica. I will definitely come back to O'Reillys”
“My 86yr old father took water logged key fob 2wks ago they opened it up , told put in rice bring back. Took back today, they put new battery in and worked. They did not charge him. Great customer service and honesty. Could have easily said needed new one 389.00. Highly suggest”
