Went there 2 weeks ago they fixed a ctack in my exhaust good job so I went back yodsy to get a oil leak diagnosed they found it when came out anddd informed me yhat they will not fo any mire work on my charger what fies that exactly mean thought they were nasty told ghem.i will go somewhere else that willll work on my charger dont go there I will never return already found another place awful.customer service awfullll

I had a great experience working with this shop! My cat converter needed replaced, the dealer quoted me 4k...I called around to many other shops and though cheaper than the dealer I was still looking at 3k-ish..ouch. Reached out to this shop and they gave me an idea of price over the phone but needed to see the car to get a better idea. They got me in same day to look at it, diagnosed it and gave me the price within a couple of hours.
It was a FRACTION of the cost of every other place I called, a little over 1k. They ordered the part and once it came in they got my car fixed in less than a day's time. The guys working were always friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and I could tell they were fixing only what needed fixed and did not try to get extra money out of me for anything. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a car repair. I'll definitely be back!

I took my car here after a recommendation from another mechanic. The first job they did was reasonably priced and fair. The day after getting my car home, another problem started that was not present before taking it to be repaired, which was odd, but I took it back and they fixed this new problem.
Then, I went to pick my car up after the second round of repairs, and right after getting it off the lot, I came to a stop and my brakes were vibrating - this was not present at all before either of the repairs… I will be getting this new problem fixed somewhere else.

This was my first experience and these guys are absolutely BRILLIANT!!!!! I have a Ford Explorer. I initially called and spoke with Nathan. He asked if I could have the vehicle to him that day. (shock #1). I got the car to them that afternoon. He said he would call me once they looked at it and give me an estimate. Later that afternoon he called with the estimate. (2) rear mufflers and flex pipe was deteriorated. He quoted me half of what I was expecting it to be!!! (shock #2). He said he would order the parts. Next day (mid-morning). They called to say the car was done and I could come and get it! I can't give enough praise to this local crew. The vehicle sounds like new!!! Big Al's definitely deserves your business! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!
