Terrible service, I was calling around looking to get quotes for a small job. The guy who answered the phone right away started to get and attitude just for asking what he though. Say “Are you serious, you’re asking for a quote over the phone” I replied yes, I was just trying to figure out pricing I didn’t know it would be an issue. Which he replied with “ah, you want pricing, you want pricing, let’s say like $750”. I said ok well thanks I appreciate the quote but don’t appreciate the attitude. He said I insulted his intelligence because I asked for a quote over the phone saying I’m a car guy and need to get with the program

My 20-year old car was in a minor fender-bender accident. As you would imagine, the car was totaled, and I had to get a salvage title. I learned that dealers that I contacted did not repair a salvaged vehicle. Luckily, my husband found Body Werkes. Carlton and his team did a fantastic job on my 2005 Honda. Repairing was so much cheaper than a new car. I feel so fortunate that Body Werkes helped us restore my car since I think it will serve me for a few additional years. I highly recommend Body Werkes.
Best to Body Werkes.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband, who went through an awful customer experience at this place today. He was bringing in his Golf GTI to discuss a couple minor repairs that it might need + to see how much a small paint fix would cost compared to getting the whole thing painted. According to him, the guy he talked with could only be described as extremely condescending the whole time. One specific example is that towards the end of the initial discussion, the guy asked, "So what kind of car do you drive?" Obviously confused, my husband said that this was his car. The guy responded that he was surprised and said that he assumed it was "your wife's car" because of an assumption he made that my husband should be driving a manual and that women only drive automatics. I know that this is an unfortunate mindset/belief in the car industry, but it only serves to alienate and "other" certain people. By saying this, the guy was both perpetuating a sexist belief that "women don't drive manuals" and that "real men drive manuals."This is not the first time my husband had felt judged by another man for his choice to drive an automatic, and that judgemental opinion should absolutely NOT be coming from a professional in the industry. At this point, this place lost my husband's business. However, the nail in the coffin was when the guy asked my husband where he usually took his car for maintenance. When my husband said "Grismer," the guy once again scoffed at his apparent bad decision and claimed that Grismer doesn't know what they're doing and you should never take your foreign car to them blah blah blahIn summary, the dude had zero customer service skills and could be described as your typical toxic car-guy. Not professional, very judgemental, and if you're a woman or if you're a dude who drives a sporty car that isn't a manual, beware!! My best guess is that you'll be treated very differently based on the stupid and arbitrary level of respect this toxic car-guy has for you.

I have taken my vehicles to Body Werkes for the last 6 years. Carlton has always been fair, reasonable, and honest regardless if he was dealing with me directly or with my insurance company. He does great work and I would recommend him without reservation.

Carlton and his crew did an excellent job on my vehicle repair. It was done in a reasonable timeframe and looks brand new. He works well with your insurance company and I actually ended up paying less than my deductible. I highly recommend Body Werkes.

Took my daughters car to Body Werkes after being hit by and Amazon truck. When we received her car back, my expectations were exceeded. I was expecting to be able to tell where the new parts were. You could not. The paint job was beautiful. Carlton was easy to work with, which made it all that much better. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

I would use a zero if I could but I don’t want anyone to think I forgot. I was rear ended outside Indy on a vacation on July 4th weekend in 2021. After we got home I took my vehicle to Body Werks in Springboro. We going to go on another vacation about five weeks later. The person running Body Werks said he thought he could get it done and we take care of use. He was not correct. On Oct 7th 2022. I finally gave up and had someone else finish my car. I was not given an honest estimate for work on the car. I know there were back order due to covid but this was ridiculous. I have had to spend thousands to fix the damage Body Werks wouldn't fix in an accident which we were rear ended on the highway because I chose Body Werks. When I pointed out issues with their work the said it was the best that could be done. One final example, the plastic seat covers on the back of the front seats were damaged from things hitting them in the collision. I reported this as soon as I got the car back for the first time. Body Werks did not report this to my insurance. They then replaced the seat backs with damaged ones. I couldn’t believe the replacement ones were damaged and put on without consulting me. They said that insurance denied the claim because they did not report it them which should have been a year earlier. The cost was for about $800 which I had to prove to my insurance should have been part of the original claim. Luckily, I had the whole thing in an email chain. To get new undamaged ones would cost me again. Based on my experience they are terrible at repairing vehicles and I would avoid them at all costs.Services: Body & Trim

Body Werkes (Springboro location) repaired my wife's car after an accident and did a great job. The repair only took 5 weeks and most of that time was spent waiting for parts, which were hard to get due to COVID19-related logistics disruptions. I said "only 5 weeks" because the other body shops that I talked to were so far behind that it would've taken them anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks before they could even start working on it.Service: Body & Trim

I got an estimate for minor damage on my vehicle. The owner was great to work with. Got me in quickly, gave me a fair estimate and some good advice. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience.

After getting quotes from other Body Shops, I decided to get my truck repainted with Body Werkes. Carlton was great to work with and provided an honest and fair quote for the work to be done. The paint job turned out great. I will be back if I ever need body work done again.Service: Painting
