“Was the first time visiting this location (Springboro) on Tuesday 3/3/2026. I've gone to the Kettering location multiple times in the past when living in Dayton. It was a great experience!! Got all the salt and dirt residue off of my car. The dryers were okay, but maybe it was me not pulling up fast enough going through it. Card machine was fine, had no issues using my debit card there. Dried my car with a microfiber towel and all is well! I'm completely satisfied and will return again. I live in Waynesville, so this location is closer than Kettering.”

“I’m very very impressed with my car.
I had a soda can explode all over the inside. Even in my vents. The soda got all over my dash, My buttons and knobs were sticky. Not to mention my floorboards looked awful. Not just from the soda,but from having two kids.
Duffys made my car look and smell brand new I am very pleased with their work. They communicated with me before making my appointment, during my appointment and even asked how everything was the next day. They truly care about the work they do. I highly recommend them.”

“The guys working around 4:30 on 2/10/26 were awesome! Blonde haired guy (forgot to catch his name) talked me right into purchasing the unlimited pass! He was so helpful and nice. After my wash, Chris came by while I was vacuuming and took my mats and cleaned them for me. He was so kind! Very great experience today and will obviously be back now!!”
“I had came over here to get my car vacuumed and cleaned. In the process of paying for the wash, I realized that they did not have tap to pay. Since I couldn't pay for my wash, I was just going to leave, however, a kind employee gave me the wash for free! The employees are kind and helpful at this location. 5 stars. I highly recommend ?.”
“I am not always good about writing reviews, but I just had to give a shout out to Red Devil Detailing after they detailed my car! I was blown away by what Nick did to my 11 year old car that had lots of Golden hair and scratches on the leather from her claws. The claw marks were gone, no evidence of a Golden Retriever were visible! I know I was able to get a higher price on my car because it looked brand new! The outside was inmmaculate….I even had a few long scratches where I scraped some bushes, and they were gone too! Not only did Nick do a great job, he answered the phone so quickly and professionally and had my car done that day. I would highly recommend Nick and Red Devil Detailing if you want your car to look brand new! I know I will never go any where else!”
“I drive a Hyundai Palisade…I am the original owner and it had not been detailed for over 3 years. I have a GD pup and two teenagers who are in the car almost as much as I am. “Had a 5-year ceramic coating applied to our 2025 Kia Telluride at Hurd’s Detailing and we’re very pleased with the results. The work was completed on schedule and the finish looks amazing. Water beads up beautifully on the paint, wheels, and glass. The team was professional and took care of everything properly. Great protection for our new vehicle. “I recently bought a 2013 G37 coupe. The car only had 61k on it and an amazing carfax. However, I don't think they ever cleaned it and the paint felt like sand paper. I had taken several of my newer cars to Cochran's and they always did a great job but this time I was asking for a miracle. When I picked up my car I was in disbelief. The car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. It's been 3 days and I still can't believe how good it looks everytime I see it. I've been in the car business for 20 plus year's and I've dealt with several detailers and Cochran's does the best work I've ever seen!”

“Awesome place to go get a single car wash: $11 - $26 depending if you want a basic wash and dry or the ultimate wash/wax/shine/ceramic protectant and tire shine; includes unlimited vacuum use and a place to detail (if location isn't too busy). They have monthly packages from $22 - $48. Third wash is basically free for all packages. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. I always leave with an awesome experience.”
“I have been on the unlimited monthly plan for both my ‘15 Ram. And ‘21 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. Almost since brand new here in Lebanon.
I showed up expecting my normal quality service. In which to my delight, a new young lady was hired. Her name is Amanda. This place needs to keep her employed with them. Excellent “Customer Service” skills.
She treated every customer with a smile. And was quick to meet their needs. Whether customers were having trouble with card readers.
Even taking the time to explain what each service entailed. Customers being treated well. Like “VALUED customers!”Not just a number. What a concept. Keep up the good work Blue Hippo. And keep up the Excellent Customer Service Miss Amanda👍🏻”
“This is the best car wash chain I have ever been to. There wash does an amazing job at cleaning your car ,very clean, in and out in 5 minutes and it looks like someone hand buffed my car. The staff is very courteous and caring and always make sure that you have a great experience. My daughter always enjoys seeing the Sesame Street characters they have throughout the wash.”

“This is a brushless, autonomous car wash. Meaning there is no one to wipe off the car at the end of the process. There are four options, from basic wash to ultimate, which I think they called Platinum. We got the 2nd option, which is $11, and it did a very nice job. This included presoak, wash, and wax after the wash. Overall I think it did a great job, and will be back. P.s., kt was 27⁰ out so I did not even look for whether they had vacuums.”
“Amazing customer service! Someone from our family accidentally vacuumed up some coins that were sentimental. Connor went above and beyond to pull all coins he could find from the receptacle. Washed them with dish soap and had them waiting for us to sort through. Awesome!”

“I go get my cars ? washed everyday sometimes twice a day if I end up going through some Construction site on my way to or from work. I love that my Membership allows me to go everyday with no complaints. You could just pull up the arm. Lifts up and let you through every time. Even you can go around twice immediately if you would like to they still wave you on through. I love it. I pay for my membership every 1st of the month. And I can go to the car. Wash every day with no complaints.??”

“The self serve bays are always clean, easy to use, and priced better than most other places I've been. The auto wash also does a decent job. In addition, the owner is very helpful and will go out of his way to provide great service. My only complaint is that the pay vacuums have weak suction and only take quarters.”
