When we walked into the Carpet Store for the first time, there were tile samples all over the floor - Alex was working with a customer, she was engaged with them and they were all having a good time. We were warmly greeted and Joni helped us with our flooring choices. Joni was patient and she provided great information on how to choose the best tile and carpet for our needs. When we couldn't decide on how the flooring should be put down in our kitchen, Alex asked for a picture of our kitchen and used an app to show us each pattern in our space. It made it easy to choose. Alex communicated with us while we waited for the materials to arrive, keeping us in the loop. The installers were professional and efficient. When we had an issue with a seam in the carpet, Alex quickly set up an appointment with an installer and it was fixed. In addition to being so knowledgeable and professional, they are friendly and just good people. 10/10!”
