Receptionist was very kind. She made sure to clarify the correct pronunciation of my name and to wish me a good day as I left. The phlebotomist Nala did an excellent job putting me at ease for my blood draw and made a perfect stick with no pain and no subsequent bruising. Thank you!!

They continued to take people ahead of myself and another lady sitting in waiting room. They proceeded to tell us that the people had appointments. But this is not true. People do talk in waiting area. And I know for sure about the one lady because she complained as well.

Receptionist asked me two questions yesterday. Was I fasting and which test I was there for as I had multiple orders. I asked for only one test and stated I was not fasting. Both she messed up. For a lab that does mainly blood test the phlebotomist couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn.

Went to Compunet for the first time today and everything went well. I love that I easily made an appointment online. I checked in on their iPad and barely sat down before I was called to the window for a quick check of the reason I was there. My info was in the computer already from my doctor's office so I didn't need to do any extra paperwork, etc. I then went and sat down and before I could even settle in the chair, the called me. I am a hard blood draw, but the found a good vein. I was in and out of there in maybe 15 minutes total. And no bruise!

I have been to this location several times. The service at the front desk is terrible. Today was even worse than the previous times. Usually the lab techs are fine, but today the lab techs was not ( the student was fine) so that was not the problem. Overall, a could care less attitude at the front desk, don't know what they are doing, lose orders and appear to be angry at clients. Totally uncool. Many people who go in for lab tests don't feel well. If staff can't comprehend this simple concept are bully people who are sick, then they are in the wrong profession . Will not go back to this location again.

I had a bad experience with the first couple of phlebotomists. The technique the phlebotomist used was poor. She inserted a straight needle and touched it while it was in my body. I didn’t think the needle was even in the vein. When I complained of pain, she redraw the needle, waited for about 30 seconds and repeated the same procedure on the same arm. When complained for the second time, the other phlebotomist, interfered and started arguing with my husband and I. They then walked out of the room without apologizing and yelled for a different phlebotomist. Victoria, came in to room 1 where they left me and she was very professional. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend any friend or family member to visit the CompuNet location at 630 N Main St, Springboro.

Compunet Springboro, Ohio 5/27/21around noon. Stuck 3 times by 2 different people. The first one was nice, just new. The other one was supposedly the trainer, abusive, as well as unskilled at veni-puncture. Blamed me for her inability to get blood from me. None of the 3 sticks entered a vein, that was probably where they should have started. Seems like that is the secret to success at this game, get the needle into the vein. Had the arm bar you rest your arm on above the level of my heart, so my arm was sticking up in the air. I pointed this out to abusive one, and they said it caused their back to hurt if they had to bend down. I guess that is putting her comfort above the patients. I went down the street to the KHN building, and was drawn one stick, and I flowed quickly, filled all the tubes. No problem with me, must have been Compunet. Travel at your own risk, but I would suggest driving by Compunet Springboro.

I showed up at the Springboro Compunet to get my Biometric screening for insurance. They asked for my order. I said that I have a pdf on my phone because I don't have a printer. They told me I had to go to CVS or the library to print it off. I even suggested emailing it to them and tried to show them the order on my phone. Not very accommodating. It's 2020, I can't believe the supervisor at this location could not recommend a better solution than to have me go into other public areas like CVS and the library to print an order in the middle of a pandemics that is spiking when I had a digital copy of the order on my phone. Hannah was great though!

Well, there was no line today!? They have a new iPad logon option that's super handy. You can tell where you are in line by looking at a link you get when you login. People are nice. Place is tidy. They have antibacterial hand cleaner in the waiting area and have everything spaced out by, at least, six feet. Got called back quick, had issues with the drs office not sending orders over and Nicole tried numerous ways of contacting Rhenish to no avail. Kudos to her for her efforts.

Had blood drawn here today... literally in and out in under ten minutes without an appointment. The staff were very nice and the woman that drew blood was quick and totally painless.
