My check cleared 8/1/2023 at 1:15am which paid all of my overdraft fees.At 6:00am 8/1/2023 i was charged additional overdraft fee of $148.00Why?I went into the bank an was initially told I'd receive the $148.00 back into my buisness account. I asked if it could be done now, the rep asked his manager who said No an that it would not be reversed. The rep didn't have a answer as to why nor did the manager.I closed this account immediately!!!The overdraft charge came after the overdraft charges had been paid!Im owed $148.00Next I'll be closing all accounts!I feel like I've been robbed!

Go to a different location. Women at the counter are very nice. Jason, the banker - not so much. It also seems like the women are afraid of him.

The man working the counter (I didn't look at his name tag but he had a nice purple button up) was super friendly and quick he even asked me about my plans for the weekend give that man a raise

This branch is the worst, I called the main customer service line looking for help on where I should go for currency exchanges and they told me the Springboro branch does exchanges and the person who does them will be in for the following 3 days after my phone callI went in the next day and they weren’t there that I should come back the next day. We were in a snow storm but I came back the next day anyways after his advisement they would be thereThey were notI called the next day (my now 3rd attempt) and they said they are not inI gave up and called another local branch and they put me on hold- called Springboro, low and behold the person is there! And they can do exchanges but I would have to be there in 30 minutes and I live a ways away so I can’t make itOverall just unimpressed and annoyedWill avoid this branch at all costsThey have wasted so much of my time

Of all the branches I have dealt with in CVG DAY CAK CLE and Florida - Richie sets the bar. Best run location in my opinion.

I have continued to have excellent customer service over the years from this location. Everything from helping me with stolen bank cards/checking book to coming to the door past closing time so I could pick up a receipt of a check I needed to close on a house first thing the next business day. Always very friendly and start up conversation not only with myself but with my children too.

I recently had gotten a fraud alert from 5/3 and my account had been compromised. I went into the Springboro branch and was immediately assisted by the branch Manager Aaron McQueen. He took amazing care of me, assured me that the situation was going to be handled. He then immediately ordered me my new debit card and got on the phone with the fraud department. Not only did he take care of me in the branch, he also made a follow up call to let me know what was going on and to make sure if there was anything I needed. In my time of panic he was wonderful! I appreciate good customer service and I think it should recognized. Thanks Aaron!!

Absolutely the worst customer service in the banking area! Wanted me to open an account at their bank, yet they couldn't even give me the answers to my simple questions. I do not recommend this bank to anyone!
