Walked in with no wait Olivia promptly greeted me and had me checked in.I showed her some pictures of how I wanted my hair. She gave me good advice on which one as I told her I was practical and did not have much time to fix my hair. She checked to be sure that I wanted to cut so much off ie 3 inches. Told her I need a change. She was very meticulously and did a great job. I have always had a great hair cut and friendly service here. Thank you for a great haircut.

Initially, I walked in and told the woman at the front that I wanted a shampoo, cut, blow out and style. I had called the day before for pricing and info. She looked at me like she was really shocked or annoyed. Not sure which. I never go to great clips but my girl closed shop and my hair needed help. Immediately after checking in I saw one girl in particular and thought, ok I hope I get her. I have very long hair and it was dead, dying and more. Thankfully! I got the girl I had a good feeling about.
Olivia was more than amazing. I'd had a rough day and not feeling my best. A little anxious and just not myself. She assured me that she had my back and would fix me up. Her attitude was so so pleasant. She had me laughing and was all around a unique and genuine person. She gave me BEAUTIFUL layers. Took her time, her shampoo skills were on point! Such a great scalp massage. Olivia managed to take what can be a very generic experience and made me feel like I was right where I should be. She was so precise and confident. The layers look amazing, my hair is revived and she styled it perfectly!
I will definitely be back to see her. She knows what she's doing. Needles to say, after an hour with her. My mood had brightened and I left feeling great. Thank you, Olivia !!!

Bridget did a tremendous job! She spend a lot of extra time making sure my extra hair was tied up tightly for donation and that my new haircut was even. My hair doesn't look like the photo I came in with, but it looks great!
Please note that the Springboro location does NOT give free haircuts for Wigs for Kids.
Requested style: My haircut does not look like the photo I gave my stylist, but it looks good! I wanted a very basic bob and I got a fancier one.

The lady that cut my hair did an awesome job! She didn’t rush through it like other places I’ve been too! She was friendly and engaged in conversation which made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to others!

I showed up for a haircut 38 minutes before closing and was turned away because "there are too many signed in online already". I'm not sure how that's my fault or my responsibility.No worries, there are 30 other places that will cut my hair with him 10 minutes.

My boyfriend has gone here multiple times and it is always a horrid experience. One time the lady faced him away from the mirror for the whole cut. And proceeded to try and give him a mullet even though he said he did not want one. Ended with his side burns being so I never that one was above his ear and the other at the middle of his ear. As well as multiple occasions of them cutting off way more than they were told to do. Don’t come here if you care about what your hair looks like. Plus they are rude.

The place was great, very friendly. Felt like my hair cut was a tad too short, but I know it will grow back in time. I am very sad that they still do not accept discover cards.
