“Always very helpful customer service at Rocky's Ace hardware, I Love the convenience of a smaller store, verses the larger home supply stores, where you find it impossible to locate an employee for assistance. They have a wide variety of merchandise and always have just what Im looking for. The aisles are clearly marked for a quick and general location of the item you're shopping for. I recommend Rocky's Ace hardware for your every need, Perfect for Seniors like myself!”

“Bill the owner went beyond expectations trying to help me with something small. He did the research and called me back quickly on a small project i had. The part i was needing is not a common part and almost impossible to get bc there are no adapters made for what i needed even though you think there would be. He found a solution but it be more logical to not go through the trouble to make it and import it from Russia. but he was still very knowledgeable at his work and very helpful which can be hard to get from some people. This place definitely deserves more credit bc the customer support was some of the best i experienced. Thanks bill God bless”

“Lowes is always on point. If I can't find something, it doesn't take long to flag someone down that will assist. Not to mention, their customer service department is by far the best in the Miami Valley. As far as I'm concerned, they give five star service all day long. Specifically my girl Karen in CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
