“I have nothing but wonderful reviews for this store! Yesterday (8-21-2025) I visited the paint department and the 2 women working were so friendly and were able to color match a tiny little paint sample from paint that is 5 years old. It was a PERFECT match. The customer service desk allowed me to return tinted paint, that I chose, without a receipt, for store credit. Seriously. Unbelievably amazing customer service!”

“Had a good experience at Home Depot today. I showed up to the Plumbing department with a pipe I wanted cut and fitted for a project. Nothing went as planned honestly. They seemed to think that the materials were sub par as the pipe would not thread correctly in the equipment. I didn't care though. I met two lovely women who were a delight to deal with and I thought it was more entertaining than anything else. I was happy that they were willing to try it, Anyway. Pipe cut, and the threading was acceptable enough for my purposes. I offered them a fiver and they declined stating they cant accept any tips. Professional or not, a nice personality and good customer service really does help. Anyway. Ill keep HD in mind the next time I need to make a larger purchase. Thank you.”

“With the work I do I come to Home Depot multiple times a week. Jeanette, who works here at the Centerville location, always helps me! I had bought a Milwaukee nailer (she helped me find) and next day there was Milwaukee rep at the store. She told him that I bought a nailer and they gave me a free T-shirt... she is personable and very, very helpful. Also, Home Depot is better than Lowes”
“We were helped generously this morning. But returning the trailer, the clerk was a bit rude, she stood in the way while we backed up to drop off the trailer and acted incredibly put out. Especially when she stated she was not going to help walk it into place, even though no one asked her to.
Guess everyone had a long day.”

“This location is a great place to shop. I recommend the store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If something is not installed or done correctly they fix it. My favorite hardware store. Thanks for a job well done. I know this manager is at corporate now. His name is Eric I give him a 5 star help fix an install issue and got it fixed in a quick turn around.”
“Overall it's a great Lowes. However, can you please not have the super aggressive guy trying to sell gutters as soon as you walk in. He's really pushy even after you tell him no thanks and I genuinely might drive farther to Menards just to avoid him.”
