Been going here off and on for years I came in to get acrylic soaked off and just gel nail polish on my nails Mimi. Insisted on more acrylic again but that's not what I wanted I felt like I was pushed into get acrylic again, when I originally just wanted my nails to have gel nail polish on them. No more acrylic, but Mimi insisted I felt as if I was being made to do something i no longer wanted so ive decided I will never be back. I'm so over people telling me what they think I need to be doing with my own nails. Good luck, mimi, but you won't see me or my daughter again.

This is the first time in YEARS that I’ve been genuinely embarrassed of my nails. I have NO idea how they have such a high rating but I’m absolutely calling for a refund. Almost 24 hours later and I still can’t get the extra black off my fingers that she told me to go home and scrub (which I’ve done at least 4 times) after she used a nail file to file down my actual SKIN on my fingers (tried to get a video of my thumb) to the point that they hurt and DIRTY cuticle clippers to cut/ pull off even more that was on my skin than pictured. They’re bulky, jagged, and uneven and absolutely awful but it was already her second attempt at doing them so I gave up. She also used gel base and topcoat on my dip manicure, which I specifically told her I didn’t want gel used. Also, my pedicure was terrible. I was so excited because the lady next to me was getting an incredible massage and I actually made a comment about how excited I was because most places don’t do that good of a job. Well, that lady’s massage lasted about as long as my entire pedicure. She basically just rubbed lotion on and that was it. My toes are also sharp and incredibly uneven. Plus, the scrub and lotion they were using was just scooped out of communal containers in a drawer with the glove on their hand that she had just used on my feet and the lady next to me’s so that bacteria is spreading to anyone and everyone. At one point, she even dropped a “clean” glove out of her pocket onto the nasty floor and just put it back in her pocket to use on someone. I now have to pay to go to another nail salon to get this all redone because I don’t even want to leave the house with my nails looking like this. They would’ve looked better if I had done them myself. Absolutely embarrassing and disgusting.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment on line, appointment was confirmed. Got to the salon, at 9:00 on Saturday morning no one was there. Had to wait 15 minutes for the door to be opened. There were two other customers waiting as well. Owner was running around the salon folding towels and telling us all we would have to wait until 10:00 for our services. She was not helpful or apologetic. The floors were dirty, probably dodged a bullet by leaving before the touched my nails.

Stylist: Hubby surprised me with a pedicure for my birthday. Wanted to relax and enjoy my day. the nail tech (older woman) kept foot/nail shaming me the entire time, repeating the same thing over and over in a salon full of people. I'm already self conscious about my feet. I was embarrassed and stressed out instead of relaxed and happy. I will never return there.

These nails should not be SO HARD to take off that half of my real fingernail rips clean off. (No I did not rip the nails off) you basically have to do everything under the sun to get them off & JUST soaking them doesn’t work, absolutely ridiculous. & not to mention the fact they charge you just for them to get them off in 5 minutes. ?

If I could give 0 star I WOULD! I went in last night for a pedicure/manicure the first person who started on my feet was Hannah she was very ruff during the massage and scrubbing my leg super hard with the beaded exfoliator, she cut my toenails down way to short and ROUNDED THEM OFF to the point to where Mimi had to end up putting on a fake toenail but before she took over Hannah had the polish very messy it looked like something I could’ve messed over and done at home myself after telling her I didn’t like it she proceeded to say what don’t you like ? What do you want I said I don’t like it, it does not look neat AT ALL so right when I was about to just get my stuff and leave I thought Mimi was gonna save the day! But she didn’t her work was just as bad as Hannah’s. Because it was close to closing she was rushing trying to do my nails to try and make it right I had expressed to her me and my husband were going out and this was one of my birthday treats to myself however I kept letting her know while she called herself fixing I was not happy with it I had polish and solution all over my skin around my toes the polish wasn’t even thoroughly over the nail I got to the point I said it’s whatever it’s just a bad job done and nothing is fixing it so she moves onto my nails I told Mimi I wanted what I had done last time by Helen she sits there and gives me the dip tip and the rest of the nail full blown ACRYLIC ??♀️. And she did not prep them properly the work was so poorly done you can tell where she went over my nail with the nail tools and just threw acrylic over my nail bed thickly and it was very obvious and she was very ruff and literally destroyed my cuticle area it was bleeding and cut back to far after she was done I told her once more I DO LIKE IT THIS IS TERRIBLE WORK THEY PLAYED ON MY HANDS AND FEET starting from the time I sat in the chair starting at 730-952p and when I got to the counter she looks at me and says it will be 115$ I said I am not paying that does these nails look ok to you?? I told you I had plans for my birthday and I wanted a nice set of nails with a pedicure not this I’m not paying then she says you waste my time I don’t care if you come back or not WHATEVER I go off at that point to the point where I was almost in tears I told her it was ridiculous what happened then you tell me I wasted your time! Mines was WASTED as well I will never go back to this place and it’s crazy because I used to love this shop I went there my whole pregnancy and around Mother’s Day recently and because the experience was great in the past I gave it another go WORST DECISION. Thank you for poor service and a poor start of my birthday weekend! Oh and the nails you wouldn’t cut down I wasn’t happy with no worries I popped every last one OFF !!

Service was good , didn’t wait longer to get my nails done , the price was a good average for the manicure and pedicure
Cleanliness: The shop look clean and organize only they don’t have many nail polish colors like other shops

Charged for the most expensive pedicure without even asking and then charged an additional 20$ for gel, and wasn’t told it was that much extra. Extremely dirty salon. They were re-using tools and towels. The actual pedicure was also painful. They also made us switch people multiple times so that they could work on regulars coming in.
