Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and rude. Don’t ever go here if you need help or have questions. Honestly wanted to close my bank account after going but had to remind myself that it was just poorly hired/ trained staff.

The people are nice and sort of attempt to be an advocate, but apparently are no longer empowered to resolve anything other then open accounts and atm service. Should have gone across the street.

After I expressed disappointment with a $45 wiring fee for ALL business accounts I was told by the manager that I was free to look at the completion to move My accounts. What happened to the day where people actually cared if you were a customer or not.

I don't have any complaints with the people at the branch. Everyone I have dealt with there have always been nice and courteous. But, that being said, my mom, who is 83, and unable to get around without a walker, has been waiting on a refi, since November of 2020. The woman doing the actual refi does not call back, after leaving numerous messages. There has only been one person that has ever helped and its not even her job to do so. I understand we have been in a pandemic, but this has been stressful, on top of being stressed over this stupid pandemic. With all the technology we have now, this should have never taken this long. We are STILL WAITING!!!

Not the best branch (for some tellers). I was asking the gentleman questions and he rushed me off the phone to help other people. Last I checked I'm a customer too! And I didn't appreciate the tone/attitude in his voice either. Not professional at all. Very disappointing.. I've been a customer for many years. Also the drive-thru is most of the time very, very slow even if you're the only there. If they don't have enough people they should hire more help.. I have had very good customer service here but lately they are lacking. My opinion.

I’ve made a couple phone calls in the last week or so to ask some questions about setting up a wire transfer and depositing some savings bonds. I spoke to a woman each time and every time they were beyond rude. Acted as though I was bothering her by asking these questions. Her answers didn’t even help me out. This is the closest branch to me and I will drive out of my way every time to go to a different branch. Disappointing.

The Banking Service is good, but this has been the slowest bank to serve its customers that I’ve ever been to. You may wait awhile - located in Springboro. Another branch or location mind serve better.

Probably the worst bank I've ever had, expect some kind of issue every month. Will be the most random thing you can't control for example I was charged double for every purchase I had made, was multiple days until Huntington fixed the problem. Extremely slow with helping customers, even if your the only one in there expect to wait at least 15 minutes minimum to speak with someone, even for something as simple as a deposit.
