Terrible company and awful service to long time customers . I tell everyone to drop them immediately. Homeowner Joe Tuttle had to take them to court and get what he rightfully won in court from a judge through the state from this terrible company to replace his roof . They are more worried about Patrick mahomes than any customer . 10/10 do NOT recommend …. #awful #disappointed #notgood #dobetter #statefarm

I too have been with State Farm when Gary Call was my agent. Sandy is definitely missed! I called and spoke Rick about my policy and was told I would get a call back the next day, which didn't happen. I have talked to Katie too and she seems friendly and helpful.

I have been with Kevin Cox, State Farm since I was 16! I have had nothing but TOP NOTCH service from all the employees I’ve worked with! Always spoken with a smile on their face! I have all of my policies through them (all automobiles, renters, life, etc) and will never go to anyone else! Just recently I worked with Katie and she was so helpful to change over my renters and speedy quick to get my forms emailed to me so I could send to my new complex! Love love love them! You won’t find a more personable staff!
