I would not send my kids here after witnessing today how the older lady in charge of the outing to the k&w today, calling children names and being disrespectful to them.

Some teachers here are/were absolutely wonderful. However, we pulled our child out of here after several incidents we had involving the teachers/staff and the lack of a satisfactory resolution.
Very high staff turnover rate leads to inexperienced teachers barely staying afloat in their classrooms and no curriculum being taught.
The owners are almost never there, and as a result the director’s main goal is to make sure he looks good to the owners, over genuinely addressing issues or enforcing accountability/policies with the staff. Accountability starts at the top, so another new round of teachers will not fix the root of the issues here.
Do yourself a favor and look up this facilities inspection and complaint records on the ODJFS website before considering this childcare facility.

While looking for a daycare I read the reviews here and they are absolutely horrid! What a nightmare! Think twice before sending your child here. Coincidentally an article appeared showing a possible revocation of license. Businesses often tend to get out of these problems but this only shows lots of abuse is being swept under the rug! Do not send your children here!

This place ahould be shut down and their license revoked. For starters, they recently left a child in a school bus for hours in the frigid temperatures. This place hasnt changed in years. Our child attended this facility under the same management and there were several issues. We made the decision to pull our child from this place because there were serious concerns for thier safety. Please, do your research, there are better, more qualified facilities in the area that you can send your children. Your child will be much safer elsewhere. This place is a joke!

Sending my girls to Kids R Kids in Springboro has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. They absolutely love their teachers and classmates. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and always going above and beyond for both the kids and parents. We absolutely love this facility and everyone that works there, from the teachers, front desk staff, director, chef and all those behind the scenes. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for being so good to my kids!!

My fiance McKayla use to work here for the infants room with the baby babies. She absolutely loved and cherished her job here. The fired her in July due to a FALSE report made by a parent. Had detectives and child advocates for the child all tell us she did nothing wrong when they saw the video. Sad to see these other reviews stating similar cases of people ACTUALLY causing harm to children but still working there. But a false report with no reported injury and she’s let go.

If you want your kids to be safe and treated well this is not the place. My son was here one month in the toddler room before getting withdrawn. I went to pick him up early after getting a call about him getting hit in the face by another child, then proceeded to watch the teacher on camera pull him around the room by his arm while crying trying to get her to let him go, then got bit by another child, when I arrived I heard the teacher yell and hit him while she had the whole class in the bathroom together. Really convenient that is the only place out of view of the cameras. After bringing the concerns to the director and showing him photos of his arm that had a distinct 3 finger welt from an adult that was still visible 10 minutes after it occurred, he said he would further investigate but doubtful since she is still employed there and he obviously failed to report the incident as a mandated reporter.

Our children attended KRK from 2020-2024 and our childcare expectations were exceeded. The operation is very organized, the educators are caring and trustworthy and the boys had fun learning and making new friends. Highly recommend.

Our daughter has attended both Pre-K and Private Kindergarten at Kids R Kids and we have had great experiences with both! She just finished Kindergarten and I can’t say enough about Ms. Marissa. She is so caring, creative and makes learning so much fun for the kids. Our daughter never wanted to miss a day of school and that’s a testament to Ms. Marissa. We are blown away with how much she has learned and developed this year so I can’t thank her and this school enough!

We LOVE KRK Springboro! Our child has been attending for just about 8 months and we have had such a great experience! All the teachers and staff have been wonderful to work with and we feel comfortable leaving our precious little one there every day knowing they are having fun, learning and are safe! Thank you Kids R Kids, we appreciate all you do and all you have to offer families that need daycare help! I recommend KRK to anyone I talk that are looking for reliable childcare.

I have had three kids go through kids r kids and the youngest is in Mitaly's classroom. This is a wonderful place for the kids, the staff go out of their way to help the kids have a good time like the time they did "Dr. Seuss week", staff members and teachers also dressed up; they recently did a theme week where they had different classrooms represent different countries of the world and again dressed up to help the kids feel like they were getting a trip around the world. Super cute. I watch my little on watchmegrow every now and then and can tell she's loved and cared for.

Look elsewhere..We took our 2 year old after we watched on camera one of the teachers is not consoling for more than 3 hours and making kid to cry and not even taking any steps to be friendly with the kid and treating very rude.by avoiding her..Ms.Mitalee was in charge of the room. My baby is new to this daycare and saying like I dont want to go Ms Mitalee class. we dont like her attitude talk. Having uncertified teachers as main teacher that might be the lack.No kind in treating the sick child and isolating kid without consoling. Will they be responsible if something happens to my kid.My baby throat was affected. But the management response is like pay the remainng 2 weeks class fees without considering our concern,

I love that I made the choice to bring my son to this learning academy. I did withdrawal my son because I was able to get him in a daycare that was 7 mins from home and cheaper but after a month I withdrew him and ran right back . Everyone is nice and caring . I also love that I have access to watch my son throughout the day .

My son attended here for 3 months, everything was going ok until I saw on the cameras his teacher “Miss Jessica” treating him wrongly, pulling him by his little arm many times in a day. He was doing exactly as other two kids (playing around) however he was the only one singled out and pulled by his arm every time, making him sad, why she was doing this? Does she think my son is different? Or she simply didn’t like him (I guess I’ll never know).as soon as I saw this I went immediately to the daycare and complained to the management. They told me they would check on the cameras and call me back. They called me to tell me Miss Jessica didn’t meant to do it, that they know it looked bad but it wasn’t what I was thinking. To me was just excuses. It didn’t felt right to me and there was NO way I would let my son be around this person again. I regret I never pay enough attention when my son told me he didn’t like school or he didn’t want to go, I thought it was just part of his adaptation process. If you are considering putting your child here my advise would be to check on them as many times as you can in the cameras.Miss Danielle was very kind and the staff in general were nice but The person who my son was all the time (his teacher) was to me the worst. Awful experience..he was on Early Pre school class.
