I went in to try and either withdraw money or get a cashiers check to purchase a car from a private party. Being a military member, I use a bank that i can't just go into since the bank is not locally available. LCNB staff were super nice, but when I asked about my needs, they stated they couldn't issue me a cashiers check and could not withdraw money because I had an out of state license. Again, military member and have to move in several states and they turned me down because I was not considered legit despite showing all credentials. Not a good look to turn down a family that has to move for love of country and be turned down for something silly.

This branch has the nicest staff. Am here often for work. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful.
