“Eric and his guys are absolutely phenomenal. I was traveling from Michigan to Tennessee in my BMW 650i and had a catastrophic coolant leak while I was in their area... on a Sunday night. I had my car towed to them and called first thing Monday morning. They jumped into action and absolutely saved my life. Had a bit of a delay with a part that was completely out of their control. They handed it very professionally and explained everything I needed to know as far as ETA on parts and completion times. I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and I'm currently with a European specialist group called Eurofix in Nashville Tennessee. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! “I will start with the name fits them 100 percent went there because I was quoted by a shop wright next door to them for 1300$. Which after checking the parts they were quoting me they were at 8+ times the cost of the best brand . Then when quoted wasn't even those parts at all to stop the noise. Once intercity gave me a quote fixed it were even honest to say my car did not need an alignment . Total cost was 250$ . And my vehicle is running perfect proceeded with bringing him another vehicle which also there honesty about what my vehicle needed and worth fixing or not . Nick and all there staff are definitely the best also fixed my gear shift I had changed two things on it still not working took it to them and he didn't give up till he found the problem fixed it and went as low as he could for the time he spent on it. The knowledge of his technicians I can without a doubt say are the best i have come across. Will never pick anyone else. There knowledge cost and very great personalities will be my mechanics no where else to look. Ty nick and you staff”

They have saved me thousands when other shops (out of state) said things needed to be done that didn't. They have always been reasonable with prices, and I know if they say something needs to be done that I can trust them. “They just replaced motor mounts for me, and the price of everything was cheaper than I would’ve got from any other shops. They do quality work. Was able to squeeze me in for a brake job afterward too. Replaced an engine for me many years ago before they moved to a bigger shop, and was pleased then. So, they’re still awesome! What really tops everything is she offered to see if someone could give me a ride to pick up my vehicle, because I was having issues with a rental car situation. That was so kind!!”
“Have taken 5+ cars and trucks to them over the past 15 years. I have found them to be honest, more than willing to work with me, and only do repairs that were absolutely necessary. I brought a car to them that I was considering. After their inspection their response was “please tell me you didn’t buy this car”. Cannot recommend enough. “I had my oil changed at a fast change place about a month ago. I noticed some fluid leakage on my garage floor. Brought car here to have it checked. Oil filter was not tight. Gregg changed the filter and topped the oil off and didn't charge me. They've gained my future business and should get yours also is you're reading this. Just do it.”
“Great and friendly service with double and cross checks to make sure your car is fully serviced and road ready. No appointment needed and I didn't wait very long to get serviced. The only downside is that my car requires high end oil and there's an additional premium built into the service price. At the current price I'm not willing to change my own oil so it's a bitter pill I have to swallow.”
“I don’t know why the overall rating is 4.7, these guys have always done their best to take care of the customer. I have had issues with bad parts that I installed and they always help me out. “I brought my son’s car to Take 5 Oil Change today for an oil change and had an outstanding experience. I was lucky enough to meet the district manager, Jessi, along with Zach on the team, and both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Jessi went above and beyond by letting me know that anytime between now and March 10th, or until my son hits 96,785 miles, he can stop back in for tire air, washer fluid, oil top offs, or coolant top offs at no charge. That is next-level customer service.
This location is truly customer service oriented, and I’m genuinely glad I decided to stop in today. If you need a quick, efficient oil change from people you can trust, I highly recommend this Take 5 location on State Route 741 right in front of Lowe’s.”

We got a ride to Walmart Autocare Center and Kevin helped us find the right battery and helped me understand how the core charge could be refunded when I return with my old battery. He was very quick, professional and precise when I needed something specific in a hurry. We installed the new battery and it fired up right away. I then returned with the old battery and Kevin promptly processed the core charge return. “I had a great experience working with this shop! My cat converter needed replaced, the dealer quoted me 4k...I called around to many other shops and though cheaper than the dealer I was still looking at 3k-ish..ouch. Reached out to this shop and they gave me an idea of price over the phone but needed to see the car to get a better idea. They got me in same day to look at it, diagnosed it and gave me the price within a couple of hours.
It was a FRACTION of the cost of every other place I called, a little over 1k. They ordered the part and once it came in they got my car fixed in less than a day's time. The guys working were always friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and I could tell they were fixing only what needed fixed and did not try to get extra money out of me for anything. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a car repair. I'll definitely be back!”
