“Update: Corporate stood by their position of screwing us out of points. They acknowledged that we earned them but policy is designed to hose people over that trust them. HOWEVER:The store in Centerville is digging into their own pockets to give us a credit . I admire them honoring their commitment to customer loyalty. My score represents my review of this individual store. Corporate thieves get 0 stars.”

“I take my dogs here for grooming. This past Saturday we dropped the dogs off and about 15 minutes later Miranda called me and said one of my dogs was having a seizure. I rushed back to get her and Miranda was holding her and calming her down. That meant the world tome that she did that. The dog is fine but, she went out of her way to help my dog. I really appreciate that. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again, Miranda.”

“This place was fun. Took my chihuahua to get a nice bath. We got to pick from different fragrances of shampoo. We bathed him and tried to blow dry him... he was scared of the dyer so I just towel dried him. Once he was done we looked to see what was in the shop. We bought him a cute komona shirt. They also have shampoo and conditioner you can buy and take home. The bath was reasonably priced. The shirt we bought was around $13. I think the shampoo was for sale was like $20 but they did have different types and fragrances. I and my dog Brutus approves this place!”

“Went in for a dog shedding rake / comb. This store is always nice & well kept. The layout is sensible and enjoyable to browse. Ultimately I found what I came in for. Staff was friendly and efficient at check out.”
“The girls in here are super nice, they carry supplies and have animals like tortoises,ferrats,cats,birds and hamsters. I was super happy I stopped by because they employees are knowledgeable and nice. They also have everything for aquariums which is exactly what I needed. I got to meet Ivan the Russian tortoise, he was so cute I’ll include a photo! I highly recommend.”

“Always a pleasure at petco the only thing I would have to say is that our location Middletown / Franklin is a Mini Store and some items are not stocked on the shelves or store don't carry items. Forcing us to have to purchase online if possible or very least try substituting with alternative product etc. Have had fish and 3 dogs my whole adult life and when the first local pet shop closed we transferred our business to yall. Thanks for that ??”

“First time cat owners here, and can I say, the cashier was EXCEPTIONAL. We have a cat with dietary issues therefore she has to be on Purina Pro Plan Veterinary diet, EN Gastroenteric food. We got to the cash stand, and this young man in a red shirt around 6:30-6:40 told us we needed a prescription for our cat. We just got her Sunday, and they only gave us a supply enough for 6 days. He must’ve seen the panic in me and my significant others eyes because he GAVE us the food we needed without the prescription, obviously later on, we have to send over the prescription whenever we can to the store but thank you so much. This cat means the world to us.”
“PetSmart Hotel on Feedwire did a very good job of taking care of our dog cousins (2 Yorkie Poos & 1 Min. Daschund) while we (3 families) were out of town on vacation. They were fed, clean H2O, enough potty breaks, and play time. They were in very good shape when we returned. They were true to their word when we called to check on them. Shout out to the staff who were friendly, professional, courteous, respectful, and all with a SMILE!!!!”
“Very clean, staff was attentive to dog’s needs and cages were cleaned right after puppy potties. My boyfriend and I played with a beagle and Courtney was very helpful! She was very knowledgeable and caring about the puppies here. All smiles and very welcoming! We are not ready for a puppy but she did not care, used no pushy sale tactics, was very nice! We will definitely be back when we are ready!”

“The personal service we get at Hollywood Feed is fantastic. Victoria makes sure to order the special cat food, Steve's Quest frozen raw food that we feed our cats. She knows us and knows our cats. We have brought them into the store and they draw attention because people mostly bring dogs. We enjoy the rewards program and have benefitted from it many times. We like to visit on days that they bring in special pets and make our rounds to pet them.”
