Needed extensive suspension work. Was presented with options with various price points which was awesome, and the turnaround time on the work was incredible. If you need more extensive work that you think requires a dealership, don't bother. Bring it here.

Great service and communication! Jake was helpful and professional as he talked me through the issues with the car. Turnaround time for the initial consult was quick as they were able to check out the car and get me results within a day. And I loved being able to go through the full inspection report and see the estimate online and think about it on my own time. While we opted against repairs for now (because the car is in nearly bad enough shape to total it), we would definitely contact Schmidt in the future if we decided to repair this car or any other vehicle.

I love that I have trustworthy honest detail-oriented vehicle maintenance. I brought my newest vehicle in for a basic oil change. I was given a thorough Bumper to Bumper inspection with a detailed list of mechanic concerns. The staff was super kind and walked me through what was necessary and why. I love that they not only find it important to keep their customers safely able to transport but also take the time to educate as well. I also like to shop around and I believe that you get what you pay for..... but that's not the case here.... they go above and beyond what I would have ever expected. I appreciate the staff at Schmidt Auto very much. Thank you for keeping my business rolling and my kids safe!
