Stopped here for fuel. My car is modified and requires higher octane or will run very poorly. After about 30 miles from filling here car began misfiring on hard acceleration, yeah i paid over 1 dollar gallon more and most likely trashed 2 catalytic convertors to recieve standard low 87 octane. Now to hope i dont have spark knock demts on top of my pistons. Thanks alot. Contact info for location owner or responsible party is needed.

RosZy!!!! She is amazing!! I don't need to get gas often. But when I do, I go here because of her!! She is such a bright light and a genuine person!!! Always happy and spreading positivity to everyone!!! If I had a job opening at my store I would steal her!! She is such a customer service asset and deserves to be treated as an asset!!! Give this woman a raise!!!

This review is for the self service car wash center that's right next to Shell and I couldn't find that but this Shell Gas Station comes up when I search for wash centers. This place is pretty bad, the water pressure is dismal at best. Spending $5 in change was a huge mistake. The machine takes a good 20-30seconds to change from presoak, to 'high pressure' soap, then rinse was a serious disappointment. For some strange reason, a 5second splurge of soap came thru when I was doing the final spot free rinse. So had to add more coins to get that rinsed off. The results are far from spectacular and even with almost 4minutes or 'spot free' rinse starting from room and working my way down... wait for it.... wait.... there are hard water spots al over the car!! I'd the owner is reading this, please contact me so we can discuss what is needed to fix this, or just shut it down because I think my cars worse off after washing it here...

I've been a customer of this location since before the rebuild and it's been the only shell I go to since! They check their tanks daily, usually have the most competitive price per gallon, and the staff is always super nice. Clean gas is super important to me and I always have peace of mind filling up here.

I have stopped at this @shell station several times while driving up to Fairborn to visit my daughter, 2 grandchildren and son-in-law who is in the Air Force. It is a bit of a distance from the exit. The station is easily seen from the road at a convenient traffic light. The exterior parking lot and the gas pump area is clean and well maintained. I haven't had any trouble using my fuel rewards points here at the gas pumps. Because of the distance from the Springboro exit off of 75 North it is not my first choice to fill up at though. The station seems to get a good amount of business from the traffic that travels past it. I've found the price for regular gas very reasonable here. I initially found this station using my #gasbuddyapp. Until next time be kind to each other. @shell @yelpcincy #gasstations @springboroohio

I entered the store after filling my tank with gas to purchase food, use the rest room and help a traveler who had a sick child and needed gas. With me was my 1.5 year old, 10lb emotional support animal, Angel. There were NO SIGNS on the entry preventing animals, yet I was immediately told "you can't bring that dog in here" sleep was on a harness & leash with license tags visible. You would think the least they could do is post signage stating no animals permitted, no exceptions. Speedway across the road got my business, I only wish I'd purchased my full tank of gas at Speedway as well.
