Great place friendly staff and my barber wasn't silent but she wasn't chatty either. It was nice.

Erin is the person you want. Debating putting that out otherwise next time I might not be able to get in with her. She always gets my cut right. She is very personable and will make you feel taken care of. I will follow her to the next place if she ever moves on.

the most stupid experience I have ever had it was my first time sure the wait time was not much but the stylist took no time ruining my hair I literally showed her the picture she was like yea yea I got it she ended my haircut in 5 mins. she asks me if she can do something to change we cant go back in time I couldn't say anything hair style was ruined practically bald right now I suggest going somewhere more experienced.

Signed in on line, from app. Gave me 20 min wait. Drove to store (15 mins). In parking lot, got text message saying "batter up". Went in, name was not on board. Was told to sign in again. 37 min wait. Stylist said this was happening all day. I said this was not right, that I drove specifically there for the current at this time. She shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. Absolutely unacceptable!

I can't praise the ladies enough at this establishment. I take both of my sons here to get their haircut. One is 14 yrs old and the other is 3 yrs old. My 14 yr old is super picky about his haircuts and to say my 3yr old doesn't do well with getting his haircut is a understatement. The last couple of times I've taken them my 3yr old has been out of control. The ladies have been incredibly patient and super understanding of the situation. Both of my sons are looking good for vacation! Thank you all very much!!

Only leaving a 1 star purely bc you post that you are open on Sundays and you are not. Misleading info and need to update your hours of operations. This inconveniences people who plan their schedule based on what you advertise.

Kelly is the best! I drive past 3 other Sports Clips and countless barbers to get to the Springboro location but Kelly gets it right each and every time. The store is clean, the staff is courteous, and they take great care of their customers. I can't recommend them enough!
